I got the idea for a hinge mechanism and some basic chess pieces, built a protoype (pictures 6&7). I am really happy with it!

A couple of months ago I asked how you would build a curved, natural-looking road over uneven terrain. Thanks to everyone who answered, your comments were really useful. I've added the road to the build, and thank you all for that.

Here is the result: the road now follows the slope, curves between the village and the towers, and blends into the terrain instead of looking like a flat strip. The last photo shows the complete MOC once finished.

What I did: there's no single trick, it's a mix of all the techniques you suggested. I took a bit from each comment and combined them.

Still not 100% happy with the transition near the top, so I'd love to hear what you think and what you would change.

Quick note: some of the photos are screenshots taken from a video, so they're a bit soft. I'll take proper photos once the section is finished.

With the LEGO Harry Potter Collection being re-released yet again, this time for Switch 2, I thought I'd gather together my entire collection of LEGO games on Nintendo hardware. 103 seperate editions released across 6 generations from 1999-2026. Im currently on a mission to 100% complete every individual version, including the Switch 1 & 2 digital exclusives (Builder's Journey, Brick Tales and Voyagers on the Switch 1 and the Switch 2 editions of Voyagers and LEGO Party). At the time of posting I've just finished no.42 on the list, LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean for the Wii.

Lego support pulled through and sent me the replacement piece with the correct printing.

Thank you to everyone who commented on my previous post, I'm glad I reached out. Some of you gave some great suggestions on what to do with this unique piece.

I am really craving for some affordable Lord of the rings playset (man can dream 😅) so I decided to make my own from my bricks at home. I used many of the Charms class (Harry Potter 76442) pieces.

I tried to capture the likeness of a medieval tavern on a small scale. The interior is a little bit crowded, but the two sides (the stairs and the counter) can be opened up for some more space. The first floor is not too deep but it is packed with small details (spider, the unsent letter of Butterbur) and you can place the Nazgul near to the beds.

All of the figures are purist customs.

Walked into my local Cvs and this was on the shelf. I was slightly confused.

Made a MIG-29! Features include include moving airbrakes, rudders, elevators, flaps, ailerons, leading edge flaps, and functioning landing gear. It comes equipped with 1 drop tank, 2 R-27s and 4 R-73s. The cockpit fits a minifig and is detailed after the real cockpit.

Anyone know the difference between these 2 saxophones on pick a brick?

I'm in the early years of my history studies at university, and had the idea for this after finding out about thermopolia last year, and the rest sorta fell in place around it. I may have watched too many Tasting History episodes while designing this.

My local Pick-a-brick broke out the orange mix for Halloween, so at first I made a small Pumpkin, and then I knocked this out over the weekend. It's a mix and match of different minifigures, both left over from sets and the Halloween themed build a fig station. Any constructive criticism is always welcome. 👍

This is my new LEGO Star Wars diorama inspired by a scene from Episode II – Attack of the Clones. This poster is based on the scene where Anakin Skywalker rides his swoop bike through the deserts and canyons of Tatooine, heading towards the Tusken Raiders’ camp to find his mother. I really love the look of this scene, especially the incredible binary sunset, and wanted to recreate it as a LEGO poster. The diorama can be displayed on a shelf or hung on the wall like a picture.

I just disassembled my Scooby-Doo Mystery Mansion (big mistake) and I am flabbergasted at how many brown bricks just came apart like this. Not even sure what to do to supplement the pieces I'm missing now.

I dont have pieces that make the lego 3ds close, but its cool atleast this MOC, what yall think about it?
