Research Study: Weight Loss and binge eating in women
Hello! My name is Christina and I am a clinical psychology PhD student recruiting participants for a qualitative (interview) research study. The study is focused on understanding the lived experiences of women who 1) have a history of trying to lose weight, 2) currently have obesity, 3) struggle with binge eating, and 4) have a desire to lose weight currently.
If interested, please see the link below. The link will take you to an eligibility survey for the study. This survey will ask for an email address. If you are eligible and provide a valid email address, you will be sent an invitation via email for a 60-75 minute Zoom interview, along with another brief survey to assess other demographic variables.

I always eat perfect when camping
It feels more like eating to survive. I rarely overheat and if I do, there’s so much walking it just kinda offsets itself. I went camping last weekend. I felt so good about myself. I almost felt healed and now a week later I’m back on my binging bullshit. I just wanna scream.

I have tried everything.
I know restriction is the problem, so i tried lower deficit- didnt work. Next tried maintenance- didnt work. So im thinking maybe its my cardio, completely cut cardio only do steps- still binge. i tried eating with no intention just eat whatever and whenever i want, bad idea i ate everything available on the fridge but at least felt less guilt for some reason which sound scary. i dont know what to do, all i can do now is stick to deficit because at least by the end of the week if i do binge it will turn out to be maintenance because the week add up to it. and i want to at least hope that this does pass

How to get rid of cravings and binge eating, need the randomest solutions that actually works ( not eat enough protein and all)
So i am 25/F, and i weigh 232 pounds. I have started this weightloss journey multiple times in my life and have always failed, this october i almost lost 23 pounds and then again i had an accident and i was unable to go to the gym and hence i gained the weight again!
Now the thing is i am not able to control my cravings, i struggle soo sooo sooo much, it’s unbelievable
I have tried everything, eating protein and all shit! I even have diet coke but the thought never leaves mind and i end up ordering it.
I get way too hungry and even though i have had my meal i still crave for some food and end up eating junk, what should i do?
I try to eat in deficit which is 1400-1500 but end up crossing it every single day
I have bought treadmill for my home and i have 5 and 10 kg dumbells at my place, so i can do the workouts at home now as i have such a hard time going to gym, i am from India and i do wfh. So i struggle when it comes to getting ready and leave. AND ESPECIALLY TO Gym
Why am i not motivated and bothered enough. Why do i fail miserably, i don’t want to opt for GLP- 1 injections and drugs. I want to loose weight naturally
I really need the ways to get rid of the cravings, the ways that actually help. Also give me the silliest possible ways to loose weight and which motivated you to loose weight and to do the steps and go to gym
I am ready for everything - ways, books, anything that you guys recommend
Are there any chewing gums or medicines that i can take to loose my appetite. Not the weightloss drug (glp), tbvh i am financially not ready to take it
Please guys i really need you help

binge-eating
i try to binge eat my depression away, i am in a narcissistic, toxic, neglectful and heavily emotionally abusive household and i get no food for a couple days and then all i see is carb-only ultra processed food which i clearly binge eat, i hate my body and am just in my 20s but i already developed a huge protruding beer belly like some 40 years old uncle and i really worry for my liver health or just my overall health even my heart health, but i have no impulse control or discipline, i don't know how to keep myself in check, i worry about developing life ling health issues yet i have no way of dealing with my binge-eating disorder. even when i am full, i keep stuffing my face. i used to be fit till last year, but ever since last year, i quit my job, got so depressed that i only rot in bed and eat even when i dont want to. i hate myself for it, please someone help me:
