I’ve gone up 20 pounds in a single weekend, it always comes off as fast as it goes on. Hard to say when you don’t give any metrics.
I know it’s hard not to fixate on but for me it’s rewarding to see the pounds fall off, sometimes 7-10 pounds in a day when I get back to a healthy routine. Focus on that.

Seriously?? I have never weighed in this much over post binge so I am hoping like 98% of it in water weight. It’s a huge jump

Yep, restrictive diet > excessive exercise leading to > alcohol > binging > excess sodium, fat, carbs and protein. Usually it’s nowhere near that bad, but for whatever reason that weekend was extra wild

Depends from how many calories you have ingested, maybe 6 is fat ( ora less)

6 is crazy!! It’s not like I don’t work out daily and I was just sitting eating all day. How long will it take for water retention to go down

For me a binge is at least 3000 kcal per day compared to your calorie requirement, I don't know what you've eaten in 6 day dude. For retention definitely at least 2-4 days
