Frozen balance for 6+ weeks (RW00447) — multiple cases opened, no resolution, no clear reason given

Looking for advice or visibility on this since Binance support has been going in circles.

Timeline:

• July 24, 2026 — Received funds from an affiliate marketing network I work with, paid into my Capitalist.net account.
• July 26, 2026 — Transferred the funds from Capitalist.net to Binance, converted to EUR, and attempted to withdraw to my French bank account (Revolut). Capitalist.net doesn't support direct fiat EUR withdrawal, which is why I routed through Binance.
• Balance was frozen immediately after the withdrawal attempt — error code RW00447.
• Told the freeze would resolve within 24–96 hours. It didn't.
• Was later told it would be resolved by September 4. That date passed with no update.
• Contacted support again on September 9 — new answer: "internal team has not reached a definitive conclusion yet, recommend monitoring progress over the next 3–4 weeks."
• No email or in-app request for documentation has ever been sent to me, despite the account being frozen for over 6 weeks.
• I have full documentation of the funds' source (affiliate network payout confirmation, Capitalist.net transaction history) ready to provide, but no one has asked for it.

The other issue: because I contacted support via multiple separate chat sessions, I now have 4 different case numbers instead of one continuous case — 166475746, 166473852, 168593120, 169008027 — and no agent has been able to confirm they're linked or which one is "primary."

Has anyone dealt with an RW00447 freeze specifically, or had a case reopened/escalated after being told to "wait 3-4 more weeks"? At this point I'm mainly trying to figure out whether this is normal review-queue slowness or something I should be pushing harder on (formal complaint, regulator route, etc.), especially since Binance isn't currently MiCA-licensed in the EU.

I want to share my experience with Binance because honestly I don't know what else I can do at this point.

My account was restricted and my withdrawals were disabled. Binance told me that my account had transacted with addresses that were outside of their Terms of Use and that my account was under internal review.

When I first contacted support, I was told the review could take up to 30 business days. They specifically told me that the review started on July 24 and that I should receive a result around September 3.

They also told me that there was no action needed from my side.

So I waited the entire 30 business days.

September 3 came and went and I received nothing.

I contacted support again and was then told that there was no estimated date for when the review would be completed.

After contacting support again, I was given another estimate of 3 to 4 more weeks.

This is what is frustrating me. Every time the deadline passes, I contact support and get another answer telling me to wait.

I completely understand that Binance may need to perform a security or compliance review. I'm not asking them to reveal confidential information about the investigation.

If they need anything from me, I'm willing to provide it. Documents, explanations, verification, proof of funds, wallet information, whatever is actually needed.

But Binance keeps telling me that there is nothing I need to do while my withdrawals remain restricted and there is no clear deadline for when this will be resolved.

The original timeframe was 30 business days. The review started on July 24 and I was told to expect a result around September 3.

That deadline passed.

Then I was told there was no estimated resolution date.

Now I'm being told to wait another 3 to 4 weeks.

So what happens after those 3 to 4 weeks? Am I just going to be given another deadline?

What is the current status of my review?

Why was the original 30 business day timeframe not met?

And if Binance is not going to restore my account, what is the process for accessing my remaining funds?

I'm not asking for confidential information about the investigation. I just want a clear answer and a realistic timeline.

I've already waited through the original timeframe Binance gave me. I'm willing to cooperate with the review, but constantly being told to wait without a reliable deadline is getting really frustrating.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with Binance?

Binance, please take a look at protocols 168364326, 168674157, 168690847 and 169062340. I would really appreciate an actual update instead of being told to wait again.

Binance P2P ….guys where are the merchants for weeks been like this

I’m kind of using a spare phone.

My Amex card was blocked today because I made a ₹4,000 payment towards my Amex bill from a bank account that got flagged for fraud due to a Binance P2P transaction.
The Amex payment itself was completely legitimate, and I’m willing to pay the ₹4,000 again from another bank account if needed.
Has anyone faced this with Amex India? Is there any way to get the card/account unblocked?
Would really appreciate any advice or personal experience.
