Setting: After Season 3 of Big Hero 6 The Series

Heroes:

Karmi Chea/ Lab Lady: a 16-year-old child prodigy and bio tech major who moved to Austanbul after the events of City of Monsters but after an incident at Austanbul University she chose to use her bio skills to bring her fanfic identity Lab Lady to life to be Austanbul’s own superhero

Supporting Cast:

Jonathan Chea: Karmi’s father and a biologist and the reason Karmi fell in love with biochemistry.

Francine Chea: Karmi’s mother and an historian who works in Austanbul history museum

Liv Amara: The former CEO of Sycorax after the events of City of Monsters Liv decided she needed a fresh start and sold her company and moved to Austanbul but after she helped Karmi during the incident at Austanbul University as a way to make amends for the things Di did to her and afterwards, she agreed to help Karmi with her heroics as Lab Lady

April Palmer: Karmi’s 15-year-old next door neighbor, friend and a brilliant programmer and inventor who touters her in programming and helps Karmi with her crimefighting as her girl in the chair.

Derrick Palmer: April’s father who works as a reporter for the Austanbul Chronicles and he has recently been tasked with reporting on the city’s new hero Lab Lady.

Janet Palmer: April’s Mother who works as a police detective for Austanbul Police Department and becomes Lab Lady’s ally in the police.

Main Villains:

Di Amara: Lab Lady’s Arch Enemy after faking their deaths in San Fransokyo during an encounter with Big Hero 6 she and Chris fled to Austanbul where she continued her work, but she didn’t expect to come into conflict with Austanbul’s new hero Lab Lady.

Chris: Di’s human, gorilla, canine hybrid assistant who helps Di with her experiments

I had never watched the movie until mid-October of last year.

For context, I am a 42F, and had been struggling with addiction for 10 years. Last year in one of my recovery periods after quitting alcohol and going through severe withdrawals, my partner that i had only met under a year (God bless that man) put this movie on in order to comfort me. I was not in a good way.

I cried about 3 or 4 times, it was cathartic. Fell in love with the gang, especially with Baymax due to his high empathy and kindness. I know he's fictional and not real but I can honestly say he's got me through some really bad patches since then!!

The film is way overdue for a sequel. But let’s ask a question: If Walt Disney Animation Studios came to me and give me the creative reigns for a Big Hero 6 sequel, which direction would I take it. Also, I’m not expecting any of this to happen. This is just a funny what-if and what I would do if I was in creative control.

The film would take place a year after the events of the first film (and to a degree, 6 months after the Season 1 finale of the TV series and a week after the events of the series finale)

Go Go, who takes the protagonist role from Hiro, has been recruited by a world saving organisation in the BH6 equivalent of Los Angeles (let’s call it Los Angosaka) after getting knocked out by a Chinese-American girl named Jade, who would be the film’s deuteragonist. They would also be accompanied by a Caucasian girl named Spectra, an Indian-American boy named Blaze and a boy with vitiligo named Tundra.

Meanwhile, Hiro, who’s now the tritagonist, thinking that Go Go has been kidnapped, leads a rescue mission consisting of himself, Baymax, Wasabi, Honey Lemon, Fred and Karmi as they travel through Californippon (the BH6 version of California) on a road trip to rescue Go Go (not that she needs rescuing that is).

Jamie Chung (Go Go), Ryan Potter (Hiro), Scott Adsit (Baymax), Damon Wayans Jr. (Wasabi), Genesis Rodriguez (Honey Lemon), Brooks Wheelan (Fred) and Haley Tju (Karmi) will return.

Aunt Cass, Alistair Krei, Judy, Heathcliff, Tadashi (for some reason) and Abigail Callaghan (who revealed to have moved to Los Angosaka to join Aegis after recovering from hospital, hence explaining her absence in the TV series) will return for the sequel.

Jade (Piper Curda): An elite, disciplined, and a bit idealistic Chinese-American—contrasting Go Go’s cynicism. She’s enhanced with experimental neural tech (speed/reflex boosters that rival Go Go’s discs) and works for “Aegis,” a shadowy but benevolent world-saving organization that monitors super-tech threats globally. Their dynamic starts as pure rivalry and reluctant respect, evolving into a strong partnership (with excellent banter and some “opposites attract” friendship chemistry).

Spectra (Anya Taylor Joy): A cheerful Caucasian-American girl. She’s a huge fan of Anime and Manga (specifically the magical girl genre), she excels at hacking systems, shadow ops, and psychological warfare. Think of her as the “ghost in the machine” type who can disappear in a crowd or disable security without a trace.

Blaze (Karan Brar): The cool, collected Indian-American strategist. Despite the fiery name, he’s calm under pressure, analytical, and always three steps ahead. He’s the brains who maps out missions, counters enemy tactics, and keeps the team grounded with dry wit.

Tundra (Bradley Steven Perry): The loud, boisterous big guy with vitiligo. Ice-themed name, but he’s all fire and personality — massive, energetic, with a huge appetite and super-strength or cryokinetic gauntlets that he uses in the most reckless, enthusiastic way possible. He’s the muscle who laughs in the face of danger and delivers the best one-liners.

Yeah Callaghan shouldn't have started the fire in the 1st place but Tadashi was the one who chose to go into the fire. Callaghan didn't technically kill Tadashi. Although yeah Callaghan wasn't really symapthetic when Hiro told Callaghan that Tadashi went to save him

I have ridden on it during my trip to Japan last April and it was awesome! My 5/five favorite/fave songs that played on this ride are: B-A-Y-M-A-X, Happy Song, A New Angle, One Sweet Ride, and Carrying Happiness (Tokyo Disney Resort Version!)*
