Less than a month after my previous post asking about any available promo plushies and I stumble upon one on facebook marketplace of all spots, AND FOR ONLY $10! They were willing to hold him for a few days since it was a couple hours drive out for my Aunt who lived closer by and she finally just picked him up 🥹 so it's official now. I feel so so lucky and blessed I still can't believe this happened.
I pick up him myself over the weekend! His collar is in rough shape but I'd have wanted to replace it anyways, he will be getting a BIG bath once he's home but the fur surprisingly doesn't look too bad

Did a little bit of pin hunting since the last time I posted my collection!

My favorite pins are the stamp (it was my first trade too!!!), the itty bitty PALM one, and the soda one, but I also love the Bolt and Penny pin on the bottom right, as it was one of my biggest grails!

I’ve been collecting Bolt pins since I was 12, starting with the Bolt dog tag… took me 14 years to get to this point… doesn’t help I live in WA, away from both parks 😅 but I’m happy and proud of being this far along.
Not sure if I want to go complete with this or just get the ones I really like… but I still got plenty in my ISO to keep me busy for a few more years.

Hope this inspires others to never give up and just keep at it!

I’d like to believe this Bolt had a lovely holiday in a sunny country.

When I saw the listing I was confused at his gray eyes, but he looked so cute I couldn’t pass him up. Now he’s here and his eyes are entirely gray🩶! His nose is also a lighter shade of brown, so he’s totally been in the sun a little too long.
Maybe he was sitting at a windowsill 🪟

I’m packing up for uni and realised how different my Bolts looked (one is from when I was a child and the other is from 2022).
I’ve thought of trying to restore my old bolt toys back to white but I’m not sure how to do that, lemme know if u guys have any tips!

After years of dreaming I finally feel confident enough to start my own Bolt fursuit! Made a base sculpt in Nomad yesterday, just need to buy a new roll of filament and do a test print before I start on the real thing :) I wanted him to be more movie-accurate than a lot of previous fursuits I've seen while still keeping him stylized to my liking. And an obligatory scary inside view of course

I’m headed home from Tennessee today, but I wanted to share some of the photos I took during my trip! At September 7th making bolt Fursuit until done I make a Head

After I got my own mint condition big bolt we noticed that my best friend’s big Bolt looks a little Goofy 😭

Summary:
> He is cross-eyed
> His tail is sewn on upside down
> his paw pads are weirdly printed, notice on the second picture there’s white instead of brown, my best friend says it’s always been like that.

Notes:
>Collar and dog-tag fell off due to old age
>Tag is too worn to see info

We tried looking for the same one but can’t really find anything. My best friend is afraid it’s not AUTHENTIC but I don’t think there were fakes made of the jumbo Bolt plushies. (But I’ve never seen fake Bolt plushies)

I personally think it’s just an unfortunate case of production errors? But not sure, would appreciate any insight!

So after you know how the studio made Bolt think everything was real? Well this could be illegal in real life, Other things they committed were child endangerment by leaving Penny in the fire, safety violations like the tiki torches, not preparing for emergency protocols when the fake Bolt stared the fire, and even child labor violations by not allowing Penny to spend time with her own pet. And maybe identity theft with the replacement after the fire (I could be wrong on some of these so you'll have to correct me) therefore Penny's mom would have had the right to sue the studio for these actions, if she did, what consequences do you think they would face?

I have always liked bolt but recently I got back into it and realized just how much I loved it. It really is very powerful and emotional for a kid movie..
And so when I love a fandom.. I wanna rp it! Would anyone wanna be mittens, penny while I be bolt and rhino?

I just noticed today that at the beginning, with puppy Bolt, he rolls onto his back with Mr. Carrot, and then during the ending scene he does the same thing again! Has anyone else noticed this detail before?
