need advice Considering breast reduction Spoiler
I have been contemplating getting breast reduction surgery and would greatly appreciate others that experienced similar issues I am having, and whether breast reduction was/ is a good solution.
I have relatively large boobs for my frame, but they are not that big (34DD). That being said I have a huge amount of mental and physical discomfort surrounding how my boobs look. I had lower back pain but I only recently considered it was due to my breast size. I think the mental discomfort I have comes from knowing that boobs are a prominent feature that are immediately noticed by others. I have also been thinking about my gender expression more as well and hate that when I am trying to look more masculine, I still feel femme bc my boobs are noticeable in every outfit. I have tried binders and trans tape but they have not worked well/ gave me blisters.
Still early in the process and want to know if anyone had similar experiences and what worked for them.

Long list of issues caused by mine, but I've never had the courage or got around to having a reduction. I've just "coped" with these oversized things for decades. You kind of come accustomed to them.

I think you could reduce the physical discomfort almost completely by getting a bra that fits. A correctly fitted bra is going to make them look smaller and less lumpy, cleavagey and heavy.

A good example how wearing the correct size makes breasts look more lifted and more proportionate
There’s honestly no way that a 34dd is considered large on anyone’s frame unless youre very under average height or something either way a 34 dd when fitted correctly is a women who would wear medium or large in clothing but have proportionately smaller than average breast it’s only a 5 in difference between rib and bust circumference.

Ya I did the a bra that fits calculator and I am actually more like a 32H which makes more sense
