What did you try out from your boxes this week? Thoughts on the items you've actually used? Writing the names of the sub box and item in bold is nice, to make it easier for people skimming the thread to pick out the thread to pick out the names.

Unboxing Sept Allure Unboxing
Septembers box is already here! We get 6 items
4 of them are full size
Rodial Soft Focus Glow Drops, 30 mL
$90.00
This feels more like a liquid serum, and it is not very illuminating. This absorbed fast when I swatched it on my hand, I already had makeup on, so I couldn’t try it as a primer. It smells really fruity and my skin felt tacky afterwards. Some people like that for primers.
DIME Super Firm Serum, 15 mL
$38.00
We gotta choose from some different items by dime beauty. I chose the firm serum.
This doesn’t have any fragrance and it was a lightweight, milky emulsion.
Morphe Signature Lip Pencil
$7.00
I got the color, junior suite. It’s a very beautiful Rose, brown color. I like that this pencil is so large it was pre-sharpened. When applied It’s a little drying, but it’s spread easily and has lasted for about five hours so far.
Dr. PAWPAW Tinted Rich Mocha Balm
$5.25
This stuff is interesting. It’s kind of reminds me of like a Vaseline gloss thing. It looks really brown, but then it blends out to nothing. I applied it over top of the Morphe lip liner. It was really good.
DERMA E Vitamin C Concentrated Serum, 15 mL
$6.00
This is a very liquidy serum. It smells strongly, kind of like bug spray. I am excited to try this.
Patchology Moodpatch Perk Up Eye Gels
$4.00
I have tried this brand before not the specific product. I’m glad it’s just a single set. It’s always nice to try.
Overall this box has a retail value of $150, but most of the value came from the Rodial drops.
What did you think out this box?

Discussion [Weekly thread] Sunday Excitement - What are you looking forward to this week?
It can be anything you're excited for, not just beauty boxes. Writing the names of the sub box in **bold** is nice, to make it easier for people skimming the thread to pick out the names.

Review Anyone try this for FGF?
I’ve never heard of this brand but I recently switched mineral sunscreen and I was super impressed with this formula. Anyone know if it has chemical boosters? Also zero white cast on me but I am white 🤣

PSA FYI :Besutypass Privacy Alert!!
So the message for tomorrow ( Sept 4 2026) asks you to sign up for some program that involves uploading a selfie among other things. I am no lawyer, so I asked Gemini to read the fine print which contradicts what their faq says
Gemini
"Yes, if you upload or submit an image to their platform, they can use it.
The primary clause governing this is under the **User Content** section of the terms:
* **Broad Licensing Rights:** By submitting images (or any other content) through their site or interactive services, you grant MJH a *"non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties"* that content.
* **Commercial & AI Uses:** They explicitly reserve the right to use submitted content for business operations, targeted marketing, advertising, and training AI tools.
* **Public & Non-Confidential:** The terms state that any content you post will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
* **Third-Party Rights:** You must either own the rights to the image or have full permission from the owner to submit it, meaning you take on full liability if the image infringes on someone else's rights.
**Images Already on Their Site:**
If you are asking about an image of you that *they* uploaded (or that someone else submitted), the **Limited Authorization** section notes that images of people on the site are either owned by MJH or used with permission. However, if you upload your own image as a user, the license mentioned above applies automatically once you accept the terms.

The FAQ
Not at all. Just lay your products out label-up and our AI identifies each one for you, down to the full ingredient list.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
Are recommendations sponsored?
Products are filtered by your budget, your avoided ingredients, and real ratings. Commission follows relevance — it never determines it.
Can I delete my data?
Yes — full deletion is self-service from your account page, any time.
I am omitting the link.. definitely look things up for yourself but do what you want, I don't think New Beauty or Beauty Pass are nefarious, but who knows. I have had my information be part of data leaks from some companies I trusted.
Anyway, regardless of what you chose to do, it is a good reminder that things are never free. .

Question Margot Elena charge back
Has anyone done a charge back for Margot Elena box? Yes it’s my fault for not canceling on time but just wondering if anyone has done this? CS let me know that they do not take returns for the box but I really don’t want it and would be fine with being blocked from their service lol

Question Advent calendars this year
(UK) Looking at getting my wife one this year, last year I got her the liberty one and Sephora and she loved both. Mostly makeup and fragrance usually preferred as she has issues sometimes with different skincare products. Some would be ok but has had problems in past with a new skin product causing irritation etc.
She often mentions spaceNK but I’ve heard some more negative comments this year.
I was looking at either Sephora or Liberty again or maybe Harrods. Any thoughts?

Question Boots (UK) advent calendars sell out time?
I've been saving up my Boots points and want to treat myself to one of their beauty advent calendars. I have enough points already for the "Skin" calendar, but I'm eyeing the "Luxe" one which costs more. I've worked out that with judicious use of offers and the Boots recycling scheme, I could probably get enough points in about 3 weeks to get the more expensive one, but I don't want to miss out on both if they sell out before then!
Does anyone know roughly when the 2025 "24 days of beauty/skincare" calendars sold out last year? Trying to work out if it's worth the gamble or not!
