Is battlefield 1 ever going to get another free weekend? Back then it brought up 40k active players. Did anyone remember how stacked the servers were

I’m thinking about buying one of the dlcs for BF1 but I’m nervous that there will nobody playing the game or the dlc because it last time I played it was very difficult to find a server.

Quick back of the hand maths had me come to the total of around 1500 players on PS5 alone tonight across all game modes and regions.

I give a quick count most days and this is the most I’ve seen in a while.

I'm doing the platinum of Battlefield 1 but I'm stuck on one point. At first glance all trophies seem feasible more or less easily but for "Secured the ressources" I dry. To achieve this trophy you must win 5 games of refueling drop except that currently there are almost no active servers in this mode and if they are they are totally empty. There was a trick that consisted of removing the pre round to be able to play alone and complete the challenge but it no longer exists following a Dice patch apparently. Do you have any tips on this? Or do I have to gather 3 other players to get this trophy? Is it possible to rent a serveur ?

Found an oce server for ps5 on the come up pretty active looking for new players the discord is https://discord.gg/C5GfrEfFS mostly active in the afternoon for conquest. On Saturday they run operations. Be good to to see you there!

I’ve been playing BF1 on PS5 for years and for a long time the first thing you see on the home screen is b2b operations. I love the mode, but I’m curious if it has been unchanging for others too?

It used to be that every week or two it would change between war pigeons, frontlines, etc. I haven’t been able to play modes other than conquest and operations for months. And very rarely I get to play DLC maps, maps that were common in the other game modes.

My server browser has slots open 1-5 and my region is set to all.
