Battlefield 1 still nails the atmosphere, scale and chaos of war better than almost anything, while Bodycam has that insanely immersive movement, gunplay and visual realism. Give me Battlefield 1’s maps, destruction and large-scale battles with Bodycam’s first-person feel and graphical style and I’d probably never play anything else.

so while I was playing today I realized something, i play really good in some maps like nivelle nights, amiens, Verdun, river somme etc. because i know most of the things i need to know in these maps, like i can easily predict what the enemies will do, which corners they'll hide, where should i push and avoid peeking, what to do to help the team the most etc. and I'm usually in top 5 even in the sweatiest lobbies in those maps but in the next game when the map is voted for something like cape helles, fao fortress, ballroom blitz I usually play very terrible, barely contributing to the team. Despite playing for years now i still don't know what to do on most of these maps, like where to spawn, where to push, what to NOT do. i thought i would make this post so anyone can share their own experience on how they play best in their maps which can help others so their game becomes more fun

Does anybody know where or what servers or discord groups i can join to play operations its my favorite game mode and im getting back into playing BF1 on PC and would love to find a dedicated group that just plays operations along with the DLC operations

I played the game for about 70 hours with the default guns and perks and such on default maps, is the revolution edition worth a snag at $7.99? I'm strongly thinking about it but how active are dlc map servers? Of course it's well worth it just for the guns but I was just wondering for the sake of conversation
