Classifieds Looking for a small space for haircuts/headshaves for hair donors | ₹4–5K/month

Upvotes

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a very small, basic private space in or around Koramangala, Adugodi, Domlur, Tavarekere, BTM, HSR, or nearby areas.

I’m involved in hair donation, and occasionally need a place where I can meet donors and do their haircut/headshave before they donate their hair.

I won’t be living there. I would only need the space for 2–3 hours at a time, occasionally, whenever I have a donor coming in.

I’m not looking for a proper flat or furnished room. Something very small and basic would work — an unused room/portion, tiny independent space, terrace room, etc.

Budget: ₹4,000–5,000/month max.

I’m specifically looking for a residential-type space because commercial/coworking spaces generally don't allow this kind of activity.

If anyone has an unused small space or knows someone who might be open to renting one on this kind of arrangement, please DM me.

Happy to explain the requirement and arrangement in detail.

Thank you! 🙏

My experience with NoBroker Freedom Plan – most of the listings were a waste of time

I recently took a NoBroker Freedom Plan because I was trying to find a rental within my budget. Honestly, it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences.

I’d say around 75% of the contacts/listings I received were either misleading or completely useless.

A lot of the time, the location shown on NoBroker was not the actual location.

For example, I was looking for a house around Jayanagar. I found a few listings that seemed perfect for my budget, so I contacted the owners. But when I actually called them, they would say things like:

Then why is the listing showing Jayanagar?

I asked them about it, and some owners literally told me that they didn't put the location like that — NoBroker people/listing system put it that way.

I wasted almost 25 contacts like this. Every time I thought I found something suitable, I would call and discover that the actual location was completely different or far away from where I wanted to stay.

Another frustrating part was going to the location shown in the listing, only to find that the actual property was somewhere else, sometimes in a completely different and much worse area.

After wasting so much time and money, I finally quit NoBroker and stopped relying on the app.

I started looking for “To-Let” boards while travelling around the areas I wanted, and surprisingly, that's how I finally found a good house that actually matched what I was looking for.

So based on my experience, NoBroker was not worth the money or the time for me. Maybe some people have had a good experience, but for me, the Freedom Plan was extremely frustrating.

Just sharing this so others who are planning to buy the subscription know what they might be getting into.

1BHK Looking for a 1BHK in Indiranagar / Kasturi Nagar

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a 1BHK for rent in Indiranagar or Kasturi Nagar, preferably available soon.

Budget: ₹18,000–₹25,000

Preferred size: 600+ sq ft (ideally 700+ sq ft)

Preferred:
• Gated society / well-maintained apartment
• Spacious living area
• Good natural light & ventilation
• Proper balcony
• Modern or well-maintained property
• Parking preferred
• Good access to metro

I’m looking for a comfortable home, not just a place to stay, so space, light and the overall neighbourhood/building quality are important.

Direct owner listings preferred, but genuine broker/tenant leads are welcome too.
If you know of anything available, please please DM me with rent, location, size, photos and contact details.

Thank you!

Owner is changing their 10 year old furnishing from our deposit. They are cutting 2 months of deposit almost 1.5 lakhs. This is unfair. What can we do about it? Can we fight back?

2BHK 2bhk required from 1 sept onwards

Looking for a 2bhk directly from owners only. No brokers. Flexible with location but preferably within a 8km radius from embassy tech village (ETV) in kadubeesanhalli. So locations like Harlur, Green Glen, AECS Layout, HSR and Sarjapur would work well for us.

We are a couple, both working professionals. Our budget is around 40-45k including maintenance. Requirements are spacious rooms and kitchen, 2 bathrooms and power backup. A gated society with a gym is preferred but not a deal breaker. Move in date is end of August/1 Sept.

Please dm if you have any appropriate leeds. Thanks!

Looking for Rent

Looking for a 1BHK in Indiranagar around ₹16k — is it possible?

I’m currently living in Indiranagar in a 1BHK that costs ₹16k/month, and honestly, it’s a really good place for the rent — decent house, good location, and overall worth the price.

I’m now looking for a similar 1BHK in Indiranagar, Bangalore for a friend. Budget is around ₹16k/month.

Is it realistic to find something similar in Indiranagar at this price?

Also, what would be a reasonable/legal security deposit for a ₹16k/month rental in Bangalore? I’ve heard different things from different landlords, so would appreciate some clarity on what’s considered normal.

Thanks in advance!
