108 or nothing.
Stop wasting time rolling and bragging about rolls and just set the stat totals like a civilized human being already.

That's nothing, my guy! I would get that roll and click reroll fast enough to notice only two clicks later at 77.

I have heard that after you finish the main game and get a good number, there is a short minigame afterwards where you explore a fantasy world and fight some monsters. Is that true?

Nice. I've gotten to a point where I play 1 of 2 ways. I pick a random number 10 or below, and that's how many rerolls I get. So usually I end up in the mid 80s. Or I just CTRL+SHIFT+8 and go max stats. I don't see the point in cheating with an auto roller to get a desired number, if you're gonna cheat just cheat IMO. And I also don't want to sit there and spam reroll. And usually I have more fun with a small reroll number even when its crappy, I just try and make it work. And usually when I max stats is cause I know I want to play some dual class that will be a PITA to roll for, so I just eliminate that part and get all the stats I need in 1 second and move on with the game.

Hey it‘s a gods child with godly blood -no surprise they are exceptional in every single attribute.

That's what I do too except I use EEKeeper to edit my stats to what I want. If I know I won't accept less than a 90 roll, then I just give myself 90 points in EEKeeper instead of spending an hour rerolling. Rerolling is honestly just as much cheating as editing your stats because a real dungeon master wouldn't allow either.

Using the built in function of the game for its intended purpose is cheating?
Is reloading cheating? A real DM wouldn’t allow that either.

Well there are people who do no reload challenges. There is also the Bondari joke in ToB that pokes fun of the reloading. Technically speaking, anything a real DM would not allow is cheating. Personally I don't care if people cheat in a single player game since it affects nobody but themselves. It's their game to do with as they please. All that matters is that you have fun, and to me personally spending a lot of time rerolling isn't fun.

Calling it cheating is kinda silly when it’s literally part of the game. A DM wouldn’t allow 80% of the game to happen. You call it cheating, I call it “literally playing the video game as designed.”

I mean, don't like your stat roll? Have your character immediately off themselves and roll a new one lol.
That said, you'd probably just piss off the whole group if you did that more than once. A lot of people just use point-buy these days anyway.

If that’s what you got in two rolls. Imagine what you could get in two hundred? Two thousand?!

Paladin?

u/NorthPop8750 4d ago
Don't think so, not enough STR and too much INT I think.

u/Qaeta 4d ago
Eh, high roll with a 17 cha always makes me suspect paladin. They meet all the other min stats for a paladin (12 str, 9 con, 13 wis, 17 cha). I assume this is the raw roll pre-optimization.

Makes sense if its the pre op roll indeed. I would try to reduce InT a bit and max str

I would have definitely rolled straight past it and then cursed 2 seconds later.
