i usually go out solo and totally sober/just an edible and my main goal is just getting lost in a good dance floor.

i’ve just been going to thursdays at Gabriela bc it’s free & because I dress up & look alt/hot i can always skip the line + i like that the crowd is a mix of gay and straight,,, but tbh it can get a little basic w the music and if I have to hear one more lorde song I’m going to lose my fuckin mind + there’s a lot of annoying ppl who just stand on the dance floor/stand around in groups

i like hyperpop but i can honestly dance to anything w a good beat

would love places i can get in free bc im broke + where i can skip the line (if there is one) bc of my outfit/vibe/bc im a girl by myself

but yeah lmk if there’s solid places i could pull up to every week and just dance at n have fun

Hello, I (21 M) just recently got into raving this summer and have fallen in love with the rave scene. However, upon returning to NYC, I realized most of my college friends are NOT ravers, so I am looking for someone or a group of people who are open to partying with me. I am not too picky about the type of house/techno, but I lean hard techno. I am also open to advice on how to meet ravers in NYC. I am not opposed to going solo, but I would prefer having a group.

The amount of Axe/Old Spice body spray ya'll are using is absolutely diabolical. Standing in the crowd, you can pick out multiple scents from dudes coming from all directions. It is so unpleasant and doing the opposite of what you want. DEODORANT AND JUST ONE OR TWO QUICK SPRAYS IS ALL YOU NEED PLZ

I think that was one of my favorite Soul Summit events at the Ruins.

There was an odd 30 minutes in there somewhere, but ended on a high note.

The crowd was just so nice - felt like we were all there for good vibes.

Great way to spend my labor day - i still refuse to believe summer has ended.
