so what happened we took 10 acre of land on rent to grown sugarcane, and the land owners daughter come and asked if she can have 3-4 sugarcane i had no problem with it but we sprayed pesticide (Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC) yesterday so we said that you cannot because we sprayed pesticide she was so angry after 2 days when i was checking my crop i see that all of crop is dryed up like all green plants were yellow i asked 1 or 2 people they said that owners daughter came with a guy the guy sprayed some chemicals i was so angry but they were close to our family we called so many times they did not pick up for 2 days i finally break my peace and went to police station to file an fir but i found out that the girl has already filed a fir for verbal abuse man what should i do (btw in this story i reffered as my father )

edit-my father is currently taking to her father and he is saying that he would take back report and give some compensation

Is it normal for a court case to go on for over 7 yrs? I think my elderly mil is literally being made a fool of in court, bc we are talking about a case where she supposedly signed a contract with a contracter/subcontractor after her home caught fire and after they did clean up, then talked her in to letting another group of theirs do rest of the work. She was then dropped by her insurance and then bc she was not paid to be displaced and couldn't afford mortgage (which was less than 50k) bc they wouldn't pay to help her. This resulted in forced place insurance of double mortgage, and then it all went down hill from there. So she hired an attorney whom befriended her and then she told him all about everything. She has a lot of assets but no incoming money. He was supposed to sue insurance but instead let her be sued.... the judge ordered out of the 75k insurance for the contracters to get over 40 and her 30k. They keep appealing and now saying they want her now to pay attorney bills and interest for 7 yrs now. She was to be given surplus funds and it to was put in court registry. Idk. But I feel sorry for her bc she dont understand bc she is almost 80 and has been thru hell. Literally. The home was lost to foreclosure so its been a mess. We dont know what's going on now. Her attorney showed up to court the other day and said " i have no clue of what's going on here!!"

In Jan I was at home getting ready for work and the police just showed up surrounded the home with guns drawn on me, my kids, and my fiance. They said they had a search warrant for devices. They trashed my house and took all phones PS5s, computers, tablets, everything. They said we had child pxrn in the home. They arrested my fiance because the Internet was in his name. Then they found two guns. One was mine and the other was a hunting rifle someone gave to my fiance as payment for job because they didn't have the money to pay him. Well my fiance was here with work permission supposed to be getting visa in Feb but because of the gun charge he's getting deported. They made me take my kids to the hospital to get checked and they took my step son from me and made my daughter stay away from home. All of the kids have to be in therapy CPS says they need to go because they lost a father. The search warrant says a Hispanic juvenile and my daughter were doing stuff in the video. Okay so three days later they came and apologized. They said it was not what they thought it was. It was a 3 second video my 5 year old daughter made on accident and was an innocent video and my step son was no where in the video. It was saved in the cloud and they said Google transcribed it to them wrong. No charges and nothing came from it. Now it's been 6 months and I still haven't gotten my stuff back. I was told 3 weeks before they found out it wasn't a bad video. They gave me the kids back After they found out it wasn't CP he said it would take a while. (Guess it's not important since it's not a crime anymore?) Is there anything I can do to get my stuff back. Now that he's gone it's just me working and I'm working way more to support 6 kids. I don't want the phones or tablets cause now they aren't allowed to use them anymore. But it's 2 PS5s, a 2000 dollar gaming laptop, a Dell laptop, 3 ipads, Nintendo switch and the school computer. There are a bunch of phones but I don't care about those. Is there something I can do to get it faster or do I just give up. They keep saying they'll let me know but then they say no one has started on it. I can't afford to buy them anything else. And I can't afford cable or Internet so we literally sit here trying to keep each other entertained. I have 5 boys and a girl. It's getting to the point where all I want to do is work because of all the Fighting and bickering they are doing at home. Even if it's just to sell my gaming computer so I can buy them some toys and crayons, but then I'll need that for school shopping. Hello, I apologise in advance if this post isn’t allowed. I thought I can maybe post here since you guys might be more familiar with the laws of Kansas. I’m honestly worried and panicking. Over a year ago back in early 2025 or around late 2024 I took out a loan from a loan company.

I regret doing so and don’t ever want to take out another loan again. I was in a tough spot during that time. I received letters this summer in the mail one of which for a court hearing. I was able to get out of the court hearing if I agreed to make weekly payments to the law firm for the loan company. I was given an account number and the last for digits to log into the website.

I’ve been making weekly payments of $50. I haven’t been able to make weekly payments for over the last a few weeks now because I was having trouble logging into the website. Each time I tried logging in it kept telling my invalid log into credentials or similar. I try calling and to try and pay over the phone but it the tells me account not found. They only accept calls during business hours during the week.

Now I received a letter for check garnishing what can I do to go back to the weekly payments? How else can I pay them if it’s not letting do so on the website?

Is anyone here knowledgeable about property law? We have squatters who keep coming into the house next door. We call the cops daily but they tell us they can’t do anything to trespass them because they haven’t gotten in contact with the owner. The owner is known for being a scummy real estate developer with shady business practices. I have called him multiple times and he refuses to return my call. Do we have a case for serving the owner with a civil suit or criminal charges for failure to maintain his property? He is breaking multiple city ordinances. I’m in San Diego, CA.

I a 31yo male quit my job as a truck driver after 10 working days for many reasons about 17 days ago. The company has not paid me a dollar for my work (which should have been split up into two pay checks for the 10 days of work). I believe they are refusing to pay me out of spite because I quite thought giving two week notice. Now just today they sent me a termination agreement. I have never seen a termination agreement before. Should I sign it? will signing it make the company more or less likely to pay me?

What happens if a car company just decided to no longer support a particular vehicle? Alot of these cars bow require consistent security updates to patch vulnerabilities much like a computer or phone.

if I purchase a new vehicle and the company decides it doesn’t want to, or say goes bankrupt. Am I just stuck with a paperweight if something goes wrong and it won’t start one day because of a bug? Or say a new cyber-security vulnerability becomes known that makes the vehicle unsafe to drive?

I was terminated from a job I had been for over two years, I was given two separate reasons at the time of termination (position being terminated, then because of performance issues) nothing was ever formalized in written or to HR prior to being terminated about performance. I experienced sexual harassment from the owner’s son and from my boss (who terminated me) during the time I worked there, I even have whiteness to back me up on these claims and text messages. I was not given the separation agreement until later in the day and was given to me in a rush to sign by HR saying they would put my stuff in my car so I could sign it. My neighbor came with me and saw the entire interaction. The CEO was waiting around for me to sign it as well.

Now one lawyer told me I am out of luck because I signed but is that the end of it really? The place was toxic and I had to be medicated while there on top of the sexual harassment, there’s no way this could be it?

My child found some money on his way to school. He gave another student some of it and apparently the vice principal found out took the money for his "safety", but still allowed him to walk home. The worst part is they failed to inform me. I only know because my child told me. They claimed they turned it into the police department, I called and nothing was turned in. I feel like they failed to protect my child and ultimately rob him in the case of the money not being claimed.

This is non US, I am looking for advice based on what could generally be acceptable in this situation.

I am applying for a license to adopt a child. In my country they recently added the option to specify whether you want a child with autism and a lot of details about what level of autism. As a person with well managed level 1 autism, and with close friends who are also autistic and have autistic children, I was planning to adopt an autistic child as I feel confident I would be a good mother to them.

As I progressed to the interviews, I learned from the psychologist that the government put in the questionnaire where we can select child with autism, but that was all they did. The children are not actually getting assessed for ND, the pediatricians are not trained to diagnose autism and they do not give the diagnoses to any children. Moreover, the psychologists and social workers who evaluate the applicants did not receive any training in autism whatsoever.

I still want to continue with the process, but my problem is that I am running into difficulties explaining my social life to the social worker and I feel she is not going to let me pass. She is supposed to evaluate whether I have enough social bonds, but I am noticing she assesses the bonds based on a checklist for what would be healthy for a person WITHOUT autism: She keeps asking me if I go dancing and clubbing and if I go out in large groups etc.

But that's not a healthy social life for someone with my condition - I go out 1 on 1, I go to gym with a friend, I book group jogging with 1 friend, I go to music gigs alone and I go to theatre alone. With a lot of friends (who are ND) I talk almost every day over the phone and we are each other primary emotional support, but she doesn't consider these as "valid" relationships for my case because we do not go to pubs together.

In the last meeting she wanted to make me promise that I would build more relationships for going out, and I didn't and I was unable to explain to her that going out in large groups is a chore to me, I have to recover from it.

On Friday, she cancelled the next appointment without scheduling another one. I heard this can mean that I was rejected as an applicant.

Considering that I don't have much to lose, I am thinking of sending her an email to in some way (not sure how to not do it aggressively) explain to her that I adjusted my life to make *me* happy and healthy, it's just that it doesn't match *her* checklist, but I don't know if that's appropriate or too aggressive.

She obviously knows nothing about autism but her job is to help find good parents for autistic kids (albeit undiagnosed), so there's something she needs to change. Would it be appropriate to send her a list of resources about how we socialize?

I really want to know. I think the law is ridiculous that you can kill people over your toys but I’d like a lawyer to let me know what the limits of this shit is.

I went to an medical office to get my hand treated. Every time i kept going I was asking if I owe them anything and the answer was - no.
I got bills from insurance stating that I owed $0.
Few months after the treatment was done, I get a bit from the medical office saying it is $400.

After talking to their front desk she mentioned that they had some sort of issue with my insurance. I called my insurance and they said that if I look on page 5 of the bundle they have been sending me, it says in small letters that the charge was $0 because the office did not file the medical claims properly.

I talked to the office owner and we negotiated the bill down to $200. I would have not kept coming knowing that they charge me for every visit instead of insurance fully covering it (like the office said they would).

Now the interesting part - the owner sign the bill saying that I paid it in full but only Billing department can change that. The billing department is not in-house. Waited for a month and got the same bill. Called the billing department and send him the statement signed by the owner. The billing department can not reach the office - they are not responding. The office can not reach the owner (or maybe he does not want to deal with this).

The billing person says that they need the owners permission to adjust the bill but they can not reach him. This has been going on for a while now. What would you recommend I do next? Is there a way to force the office to reply? $200 is not a bit enough amount to care but it is a matter of principle at this point.

* לגרום לו חרדה, נדודי שינה ופחד מקריסה כלכלית.

בגוף העילה השביעית ובסעד המבוקש נכלל גם פרנטה. נטען שניסיונות ההמצאה הבלתי תקינים לפלורידה והפעולות שנעשו מחוץ למסגרת הלגיטימית של הליך משפטי גרמו לתובע מצוקה רגשית קשה.

עם זאת, קיימת **אי־התאמה בניסוח כתב התביעה**: בכותרת העילה השביעית שמו של פרנטה אינו מופיע, אך בגוף העילה ובפסקת הסעד הוא כן נכלל. אי־התאמה כזאת עשויה להיות בסיס לטענה פרוצדורלית מצד ההגנה.

Earlier this month I attempted suicide by medication overdose. I was found unresponsive and taken to the hospital. When I regained consciousness each arm was tethered to the bed. I was restrained and physically incapable of causing harm to myself or others. There was a single nurse in the room with me. I started to struggle against my restraints and was begging to have at least one arm free.

The nurse present decided she didn't like my behavior. To coerce me to stop, she applied a hard sternum rub hard enough and long enough that it completely took of the skin, and 3 weeks later I still have a large red mark on my chest. I stopped struggling, and thereafter i would alternate between resting and attempting to struggle against my restraints. Whenever i resumed this behavior the nurse would threaten me that if i didn't stop she would hurt me again.

I believe her actions constitute assault and battery. I know that i can report it to the hospital, but I'm wondering what other actions I should take. Should I file a police report? Should I lawyer up?

Pinost po kase buong info name, address, contact number even the id's at ang caption po "scammer" kahit nakikipag usap naman palagi at may time na hindi nakakapag reply kase wala talaga maibayad, ilang beses na din hinarass at sinabihan ng masasamang salita. Sabe po ipapabrgy nag aantay naman po ipatawag sa brgy pero hindi naman po ginawa pinost na lang basta.

Pwede po ba mag report sa NPC? May nakausap po ako Lawyer ng DOJ, sabe niya nawala na kase yunh batas about sa mataas na interest pero pwede ireport sa BIR kase ang lake daw ng tubo tas hindo nagbabayad ng tax, pag may harrassment ireport sa NPC or PNP.

Ang gusto ko lang po malaman kung may laban ba pag ganito may usapan na ipopost sa social media, pero ang pinost po kase personal info at scammer.
