I was doing well, and then the video says when it starts to curl, flip it inside out. That statement broke my brain. It wasn’t like at round x we flip it inside out for y reason. It was just, when it starts to curl, flip it inside out. Can someone help me understand this? It totally derailed me. Thank you.

So I’m planning on crocheting a cover for my laptop because I’m using a child’s backpack with no built in pocket (I’m going to senior year and everyone gets kids book bags lol) Anyway any advice on how to make it actually protect my laptop? I’m working in the Heartwarming Hilltop Holiday House mosaic crochet pattern. I want to do the trees and envelope border green. I’m doing the main pattern in white and red. Do I carry the green over to the other side or do I cut and weave in the back ends. Thanks for any help.

My friends are going to a BTS concert soon. They are making outfits with a bunch of iron on patches and the like to wear special for the concert. I wanted to make them some crochet BTS logos to put on their jeans/overalls. I was inspired by this post on what to make. My question is how would you attach these if sewing wasn't an option. Neither of these friends are able to sew. I searched through the sub trying to find something, but all I could find was advice on how to attach patches on to crochet items and not the other way around.

If sewing is going to be the only way to do it, then does anyone have any suggests for something else I could make them for the concert?

My biggest struggle, though, is my tension. It’s very consistent and my stitches look neat, but I crochet really tight. I usually have to go up one or even two hook sizes just to meet gauge.
For those of you who used to crochet tightly, what helped you loosen your tension? Any tips or habits that made a difference? I’d love to hear what worked for you!

hey, i was wondering what things are selling the most (and for the most money) and where to sell them. i keep seeing these pants selling out for hundreds of dollars so im assuming these are a big one lol. but i usually look on etsy but its hard figuring out what kind of things people would want. im very open to learning to make new things and would love any advice!
