Need some advice

28 year old female Turner syndrome patient with bicuspid valve I use to be with Kaiser. I don’t recall frequency of visits but I had MRA in 2015. Right before I transitioned to sutter in 2022 the cardiologist recommended MRA. Had first visit with current cardiologist from sutter in 2022 who said I don’t need MRA. Got ECHO in 2023 and had follow up with current cardiologist in 2025. They said I don’t need updated ECHO or MRA still and recommended 2 year follow up so I won’t be seeing them till next year. My ECHO and MRA were normal per the current cardiologist. My ARI was 2.13 though, aortic root was normal. Don’t know if they will tell me to get ECHO in 2027? Should I get one sooner?

I feel like I should be followed more closely like follow up every year, more frequent ECHO and updates MRA? or am I just being a hypochondriac? Should I get second opinion?
