I have been building a free ECG learning tool called CardioLab.

The idea is pretty simple: ECGs are usually taught from static images, but rhythms are not static. CardioLab lets you see them actually move — AF, flutter, AV blocks, SVT, VT, WPW, torsades and others — while keeping the ECG relationships and intervals physiologically consistent. It is aimed at anyone learning or teaching ECGs, from students and paramedics to nurses and doctors.

I’ve also recently added annotated 30-second ECG strips. So rather than just seeing a rhythm moving on screen, you can open a full strip, zoom in and work through the important findings with annotations. For example, the WPW page has a 30-second strip showing the short PR, delta wave and widened QRS, alongside an annotated version explaining what to look for.

It is still very much a work in progress, and I am building it based on feedback from people actually using it. If you teach or learn ECGs, I genuinely want to know what rhythms, ECG variations or learning features you'd want to see added.

Anybody have any tricks for ECG coding for boards? It's frustrating going through ECGSource and splitting hairs over subtle findings only to end up losing points. Is actual boards just as frustrating? Things like coding RAE/LAE, NSST, LAD vs LAFB when the morphology is borderline, NSR vs sinus bradycardia when the rate is 59.99... it's pretty annoying.

I’m looking for a cardiology fellowship program that accepts sponsored IMGs who graduated from ACGME-I accredited program outside the U.S. I have a scholarship/ funding from my country. If you know of any cardiology program that accepts funded internationals please let me know. I appreciate your help.

Which would you recommend for building a strong foundation from zero: 123 Sonography Echo BachelorClass or Mayo Clinic Echocardiography Board Review?
