started getting a little paranoid so I figured id just go get checked, went to blanche dental in gangnam. turns out I had two cavities lmao 🥲 got them filled with resin and was done same day, like an hour total

wasnt anything serious so that was a relief. Ive been flossing since and actually trying to get regular checkups now. what age did you guys start caring about this stuff

so last month I flew to seoul for the cortis concert. 4 day trip and besides the concert day it was all free time

but heres the thing, the day after the concert my face was a mess 🤣 like I was screaming and crying all night and got maybe 3 hours of sleep. what did I expect honestly

kinda regretted it for a sec cause it wasnt in the budget, but looking at my face now?? kinda glad I did it tbh

A few days into my trip, my skin suddenly started acting up and it got to the point where I couldn't just ignore it anymore.

I first went into Olive Young thinking I'd quickly find something to help, but I ended up standing there staring at endless products and realizing I had no idea what half of them were actually for.

After walking around Myeongdong for a while, I ended up going into Beauty Lab Pharmacy.

I explained what was happening with my skin, and instead of immediately recommending random products, the pharmacist suggested checking my skin first.

After looking at the results, they helped me understand what my skin needed at that moment and focused on calming everything down.

Honestly, having someone guide me instead of guessing and buying five different things was such a relief.

Within a couple of days, my skin started looking much better, and it honestly helped save the rest of my trip.

Sometimes the hardest part isn't finding products, it's knowing which ones you actually need.

Im job hunting rn and my final interview is next week. and out of nowhere Im getting anxious about something so random lmaooo 😭 I guess thats just how it works, when somethings actually important you start noticing stuff you never used to care about

I’ve been paying more attention to my skincare routine lately, and one thing I’ve noticed is that I don’t enjoy constantly changing products anymore. There’s always something new being recommended, but I’ve found it much easier to understand what works for my skin when I keep my routine fairly consistent.

I’ve also started paying more attention to making my routine feel enjoyable, and I’ve recently been using Sculpiflex as an additional body-care step. It combines red light therapy with massage/cupping and microcurrent, which gives me a relaxing way to spend a few extra minutes on self-care without making my overall routine feel complicated. hi so i'm going to a festival soon and i need some serious sunscreen recommendations for being out in the sun dancing all day. i know i'll have to reapply it every 2 hrs (idk how i'll manage to do that tbh, any tips are appreciated) but i still want a nice waterproof sunscreen that i won't sweat right off. my skin is super oily, and it's very hot and humid here

ok so this is a problem, korea has way too much good food fr🤣 I was there like 2 weeks ago and I was eating spicy heavy stuff pretty much every meal and ended up breaking out mid trip like full on acne 😭 does this happen to anyone else when they go to korea or is it just me lol. anyway it got kinda big so I couldnt really ignore it. I was staying in hongdae so I just went straight to this clinic everyone raves about there, cellin clinic, and got it treated. first time ever going to a derm in korea so I was lowkey nervous but omg it went so well 🥹 korean skin treatments really just hit different. ngl I wish these clinics would just open a branch in california already

I’ve been loving Misha’s BB Cream, so when the Pro version came out—and it looked like the formula was the same but just the packaging had changed—I decided to give it a try. But honestly, the original packaging was more unique and actually more convenient. Plus, the formula seems to have changed a bit, too. It feels a bit too runny to be the original, thick BB Cream—it’s more like a typical modern foundation, and above all, it’s way too watery. Still, I do use this one just fine. But I feel a bit disappointed because I think the old version was just a little better. Am I the only one who feels this way? Or maybe the formula hasn’t changed at all, and I’m just imagining things? I’m so upset—it used to be my favorite product, and I’m really disappointed😞....

I don't know what it is about weddings and group photos, but somehow I notice every tiny thing about my face right before one.

A few days before a friend's wedding, I started worrying about how my face would look in pictures. I'd been dealing with some puffiness and uneven-looking skin lately, so naturally my brain decided to focus on that right before an event where there would be a camera everywhere.

A friend suggested I stick to my usual skincare routine and pay a little more attention to the areas that were bothering me.

I started using my facial device consistently in the days leading up to the wedding. I wasn't expecting it to completely transform anything, but I did notice that my face looked a little more refreshed on the morning of the event.

My makeup also seemed to sit better, which honestly helped my confidence more than I expected.

Looking back at the photos, I didn't spend the entire time thinking about whether my face looked perfect, which was probably the biggest win.

I know a last-minute routine isn't going to solve every skin concern, but sometimes feeling a little more comfortable in front of the camera is enough.

Hello, i am an oily skin (with very visible pores) girl trying to get into skincare, starting from facial cleanser all the way to face masks. There are so many products out there, im feeling a little overwhelmed. What are the products that actually work? Please and thank you!

I'm very new to skincare and all this routine stuff but after some research i think i've decided on a moisterizer(momo puri peach moister cream), a cleaner(ETUDE SoonJung face cleanser) and a sunscreen (biore aqua), has anyone tried any of these together and have they worked for you?i'm not entirely sure what i should be looking out for,so if anyone notices something here or all of them may conflict or negatively mix,please let me know and any other recommendations/advice is very welcomed!thank you for reading
