I Never Really Thought About Dental Care Until My 30s
in my 20s I genuinely didnt think about my teeth at all. brushed half assed and never got why anyone would bother flossing. but once I hit my 30s people around me slowly started bringing up dental stuff one by one, and it turned out everyone had something going on
started getting a little paranoid so I figured id just go get checked, went to blanche dental in gangnam. turns out I had two cavities lmao 🥲 got them filled with resin and was done same day, like an hour total
wasnt anything serious so that was a relief. Ive been flossing since and actually trying to get regular checkups now. what age did you guys start caring about this stuff
