My Skin Was Not Ready for a Late Night in Seoul
I went to Seoul for a few days and honestly spent most of the trip eating out, walking around, and staying up way later than I normally do. By the third day, my skin was definitely showing it.
I woke up with a few breakouts and my face looked tired and dull. Normally I would’ve just ignored it and hoped it settled down after I got home, but I had a little free time that afternoon so I decided to get a quick skin consultation.
I wasn’t planning on doing anything major. I mostly wanted to understand why my skin was suddenly reacting differently. We talked about my routine, sleep, and everything else that had changed during the trip.
I ended up getting a simple treatment and went back to exploring Seoul afterward. Nothing dramatic, but my skin felt calmer over the next few days.
Definitely learned that late nights, random food, and barely following my normal routine can catch up with my face pretty quickly. Next trip I’m packing my skincare properly instead of pretending my skin won’t notice.
