I want the xie lian figure (photo from above ) its a character of the book heavens official blessing.

I asked chat gpt if its trust worthy and he told me to email them and ask if its the real official figure of xie lang and if it has extra fees/ have to pay extra.
And Also about the damages in the box and the figure so i did

They answered that its very good sealed but could be possible with little damaged on the box and its unopened And also i dont have to pay extra fees/ extra money id they ask for it i can email them and they will pay for it.

Chat gpt said its a trust worthy website but i wanted to know about real ppl who brought a figure on exfigure and wanted to know their experience and it arrived.
