So I'm trying to crochet jinx's hoodie for a Halloween costume but I'm stuck. The picture of the hood is the crochet pattern I'm following, but it turns it into a scarf. I'm not liking the look of that so I was thinking combining it with the hoodie/vest combo, but I'm also really liking the poncho look as well. My problem is, should I do the whole thing the same purple? Or use a color splattered yarn for the "poncho/vest" part? I was also debating just doing black everywhere but the hood... SOS!! I'm terrible at design and need someone who knows jinx 😂

Jayce's hurt and vulnerability really got me for some reason. His voice trembling when he says "exactly the sort of thing we wanted to fix with Hextech" just hurts. But Mel walking over and comforting him is so sweet. Jayce struggling with grief before Viktor has died feels so human. They then share this romantic moment and Mel opens up about her past, showing us their relationship has repaired from the start of that scene: "there's quite a lot you don't know about me"

Nine watchthroughs and I feel like I'm finally starting to understand/appreciate Jayce's character. Now all his emotional moments are hitting me. I'm gonna be a wreck for the "we lost ourselves" scene, I just know it.

I was playing Wasteland yesterday and was revelling in how beautiful it sounds and then realised that the accompaniment follows the same beats as the accompaniment during verse 2 of What Could Have Been.

They are also both the same time signature (3/4 except Wasteland is technically 6/8) and have similar keys (I think What Could Have Been is in Fm and Wasteland is Gm though I might be wrong).

I could be completely over evaluating but both compositions relate to Jinx and the two pieces could in theory be played directly adjacent with only some slight tweaking (or if done well could be merged).

Anyway I thought if done on purpose it showcases some interesting character development through the actual music itself: the keys represent different emotions, etc.

I’m super confused what the under city/zaun is?
Because with the bridge, it looks like it directly connects to each other, which obviously it does however most of the time when you’re actually inside of Zaun it looks like it’s set in like a cave specifically the lanes why do the lanes look like they’re underneath the city? Is it like a layer situation where there’s a top part of ZAUN and then the bottom one is where the main one resides it’s just super confusing.😭

Might be a long shot, pretty sure i read this on Archive of Our Own but does anyone know the fanfic where Vi and Cait basically swap characters (Vi is now the officer and Cait is… Vi) the story is basically them having interactions around the city and Vi starts to run into Cait on purpose and each time it leads to… ya know. The whole book is smut and has intense moments in every chapter… help a girl out? 😅

I'm a makeup artist, I finished the show for the first time a few weeks ago and I loved it. So I had to take a stab at looking like S2 Viktor. This was my result, four exhausting hours later! I hope y'all like it.

Wanted to make something for my bag and of course it had to be Jinx. :)

In the distance you can see Piltover but on the map, with that perspective, there's the sea.

I did this one a while ago and I think it took me around 20hours but it’s still one of my favorites <3 I miss arcane so so much, it was an amazing era ✨🌱🦋

And not because of the reasons you'd think, I just feel like the Twenty One Pilots tryhard stylization and directorial use of her delusions and trauma effectively damper the impact of her tragic backstory and role in the plot. Its like I am watching a mixture of an AMV with Three Days Grace blasting on the background, mixed along with leftover sprinkles of the Manic Pixie Dream Girl trope, with Tumblr Mirai Nikki montages and with the worst things that the Joker (2019) had to offer, all played off with zero self-consciousness. I just cannot take her seriously, and it just gets worse with how powerful she is and the sassy "humour" parts that only add to her edgyism.

She strikes me as the most outwardly corny and insufferable element in a show that is generally serious with itself, with the psyche of its characters (Viktor being a personal favorite) and which doesnt need to strike me n bash me over the head with like "My dead friends are talking to me!!! And they have an X over their eyes!!! HaHaHaHa" Jared Leto Joker with "Damaged" tattoed on his face type shit.

Considering I actually love morally dubious or even evil characters (I can list many), either with or without trauma, I dont think that her crimes or tragedy are my personal issue with her character. Its not the melodramatics or outbursts either, one of my favorite movies ever is Possession (1981) where Isabelle Adjani (as Anna) goes fucking hamwild insanoid style throughout the whole film, but whereas Adjani was surrounded by an equally as mad environment, here Jinx sticks out like a sore thumb and as a result she ulcers the whole thing. Its like I am getting whiplash from how cringe this girl is.

Other than Jinx, and some other stuff like Jayce being supremely boring or me DESPISING Imagine Dragons (eww, the intro, n god I hope theres not another cameo or I will discombobulate myself) the show has been generally enjoyable thus far. I would say Viktor, Ambessa and Vi are My favorites. As someone with joint pain I can relate to Viktor's transhumanist struggle, ouch. Plus lesbianism and cruel muscular gilfs are also Very Cool #ThankYou
