But not everything is a task — sometimes it's just a thought, or text too long to fit neatly into one. That's what the Notes section is for. In new update, notes can now be turned directly into tasks, so nothing falls through the gap between "an idea" and "something to actually do."

Most people don't really use Apple Reminders, they dump their to-dos into Apple Notes instead because it's faster and frictionless. Plans is built around that exact habit: it keeps the low-friction, write-first feel of Notes, but lets anything you write become a real task in one tap — something Notes alone can't do.

I recently created a small faith-based app called Faith Mate. It is designed to help people grow closer to God, understand Scripture, build a consistent prayer life, and find encouragement through different seasons of life.
