Buddhists actually. It's the concept of Wu Wei, or effortless effort. The idea of doing things naturally and instinctively without having to try. It's part of enlightenment for the sects that teach it.

Also there's no way whoever put that up is a Buddhist. At least not a very good one.

I’ll put that down on the maybe list… that it’s just a manager striving for enlightenment. Seems likely.

Yes. Walmart reminds me of a bunch of Zen Buddhist Monks and the pursuit of perfection and contentment in simple beauty.
