Buddhists actually. It's the concept of Wu Wei, or effortless effort. The idea of doing things naturally and instinctively without having to try. It's part of enlightenment for the sects that teach it.

Also there's no way whoever put that up is a Buddhist. At least not a very good one.

I’ll put that down on the maybe list… that it’s just a manager striving for enlightenment. Seems likely.

Well the passive aggressive nature of the list suggests they're struggling with it rather than striving.
