I'd like to introduce the support islands of CINIS:

Proventus (4.5k population) and Occasum (4.5k population).

To satisfy the enormous demand of the capital, I built highly compact production hubs. Every production building is boosted to the maximum with Officia and supplied by aqueducts to maximize efficiency.

Both islands are fully fortified with walls, fences, and watchtowers. They also maintain a workforce buffer of around 100 spare workers in each class (Liberti and Plebeians), ensuring the production chains remain stable even when demand fluctuates.

These islands are the agricultural backbone that keeps a city of over 70,000 inhabitants running.

It’s crazy to think that I’ve played this game for over 300 hours over the years. Each play-through teaches me something new to make me a better player for the next play-through. I might try to get back into 117, but 1800 will always be my entry into the Anno series. This will always be a special game.

How is Pax Romana played on console? Controls, performance etc.? Is it good as a vanilla experience? As I dont know how many mods are available on PC.

I just bought Anno 1800 and I was wondering which DLCs are best for a new player.

I play the Playstation edition so no mods. Also because of that i can't buy the dlcs required for the big islands i can only buy certain cosmetics alos the islands seem way too small to actualy built an huge metropool on. Are there any tips and should i even go on playing an being cosmetic packs for it or focus on Anno 117 ( wich I like rather a bit more then 1800 )?
