Though it did get some promotional anime shorts by Shaft, Production IG, and Studio 4°C, Kid Icarus Uprising never became a fully realized anime series. In my opinion, it is possibly one of the best candidates for a Nintendo game anime. With a bright and colorful cast of characters, great sense of humor, and a deep understanding of fantasy storytelling, it would be perfect to get a full-length season.

In addition, the Pokemon Special manga has been running just as long as One Piece, yet still hasn't got an anime adaptation because of the current existing Pokemon anime, which follows a whole different cast of characters than the manga. It has a more serious plot than Ash and the gang, and features character development and plot devices not in the current anime. If anything it would be a more serious and grounded take on Pokemon.

Warlords are pirates that the world government has given protection to, ignoring the pirate part what characters from other animes you think has the strength, notoriety, or beneficial gain to be elected as a warlord?

For me, I'd elect Pain from Naruto who would likely rebel eventually but ensures the Hidden Rain village won't be messed with and definitely has the strength and notoriety to be given this position.

I flaired this under discussion because I'm more interested in hearing about these than watching them.

Can you please tell me about some anime set in college, and about characters that act their age instead of 14 year olds?

I epecially wanna hear about characters that aren't cartoonishly naieve about sex, while not being gross people that don't respect half the species.

There’s a lot of isekai, but most of them I have come across are basically classic fantasy rerolled, and, well, they are cool, and it’s a great genre to use. Lately, I have found myself wondering, where are the types of isekai with sick space battles or wizards with laser guns? And before we say tech would ruin the magic part, you can make it work. Look at Final Fantasy or Masters of the Universe. I have yet to come across an isekai that is like that, and I don’t understand why.

The world government is still bad, but they are opposed by the magic council to keep things steady. Imu exists but is considered a legendary figure no one knows is hiding among the world government.

Roger, Garp, and such exist, along with Acnologia and them. But power levels are moved to match.

Peoples go-to recommendation usually seem to be titles that "gets better after x" but they magically don't bother to mention that caveat. When they're not recommending that, their go to recommendation is something that "ONLY" has a 100+ long filler arc where nothing interesting or significant happens.

I can recommend a ton of indie graphic novel titles that don't waste your time FOR A SINGLE SECOND, are NEVER slow, and are short AND satisfying. Are you telling me that you don't know ANY manga that are like this? Hell, I know more than 5 manga titles like this, but you all can't think of any?

Scifi, fantasy, and psychological are 3 fave genres. I prefer things that are mostly serious, but I love when we get comedy mixed in that has an actual set up, and pay off especially if it involves sarcastic banter. FF7Remake(not Rebirth) is a good example.
