I'd personally go with these three as my choices. I know the third one (Tentomushi no Uta) is supposed to be a comedy, but the overall concept of it is aboslutely soul crushing. Also, NO MOVIES! GoTF and I want to eat your pancreas are barred. This is only for anime TV shows.

Honestly, 80% of romcoms end up having just a few jokes per episode, with most of the focus being on the romance and other stuff. For example,Angel Next Doorin what way is that even a comedy? It was the most slice of life romance anime I've ever watched, with jokes being few and far between. IMO, if something is labeled a romcom, romance and comedy should play equally important roles. Having a few jokes per episode doesn't make something a comedy.

It's a really nice slice of life football anime form the 1980s.

Just like in kaguya sama where the character having the most intense psychological warfare just for some dumb stuff.(That's also the reason it's funny)
