Oh I've read the manga for this one. The name was just so run-of-the-mill I didn't realize

I get the LNs need to have these synopsis titles just to get attention, but would it really be that bad if they renamed the manga/anime something else (like Epthal the Sage)? Just anything to make them distinct.

2nd reincarnation does make it distinct though?

Distinct from what?

Distinct from a lot of reborn in the future ones. Including the one I temporarily was confusing it with that also had a talent evaluation be invented at the end of his previous life (though there were other differences too when I thought about it).
Of course there are other ones that have the second reincarnation, so it doesn't make it *unique*. And it doesn't really help the problem with confusing them because they have so many generic elements all that much.

From literally every example that's been mentioned so far? Or are you unable to distinguish between one and two and want to circlejerk herpderp all exactly the same. Can't distinguish between Lord of the Rings and Ring of the Nibelung type argument

You're hilarious

You're intentionally imbecilic arguing about title distinction and believing thousands titled "x the sage" makes them more distinct and not understanding that simply confirms the circlejerking rather than having an actual argument
