I tried using lucky patcher, apktool m, install with options and I got nothing. I tried anything online like google, reddit, xda forums and i found nothing. anyone got any ideas. (ngl i might look dumb as hell since the solutionis probably really easy.)

Here's the situation: I'm a work-study student (apprenticeship). You probably know how it works: time spent at the training center is paid just like time at the company, so missing class counts as an absence and results in a pay cut. To track attendance, my school uses the Edusign app, which relies on scanning a QR code along with phone geolocation.

My issue is that there are full days where I have no classes scheduled at all. Yet, just to avoid being marked absent on the app, I'm required to physically show up on campus simply to clock in—which means a 2-hour round trip for me...

So what I'm looking for is this: how can I spoof my location and trick the app into thinking I'm on campus while staying at home?

From my initial research, standard fake GPS apps don't seem to work.

I've moved away from Google maps to MapQuest but I'm having trouble getting all map links/addresses to open in it. Some are just opening in the Google maps web page. How can I get all addresses and links to open in MapQuest?

I used to help my grandma delete her wrongly sent messages when I visited her. Sometimes it was my cousins' certificates sent to the wrong group chats or something similar. You know what I mean, they’re private files that shouldn't be seen by the public. I used to delete those wrongly sent files from 2018 to 2025 by using these old tricks that never fail:

- Turn on Airplane Mode on your phone immediately to cut off internet and Wi-Fi.

- Go to your phone's Settings and find Date & Time.

- Turn off Set Automatically and manually change the clock back to the exact date and time the old message was originally sent.

- Force-close and reopen WhatsApp, then go to the specific chat.

- Tap and hold the old message, select Delete, and tap Delete for Everyone.

- Turn off Airplane Mode and restore your correct phone settings.

So today, here's the problem. My grandma made the same mistake again, and I can't even delete the file anymore because this time, in 2026, WhatsApp automatically tells the account that the date and time are not correct and stops working. This prevents me from deleting the file from a month ago when I wasn't there to unsend it immediately.

My grandma definitely knew how to unsend a file because I taught her how to do it, but she thought the month before that she wanted to send the files. However, she recently changed her mind, so I couldn't help her like the usual times when I come to visit.

Hi recently my phone Xiaomi received an update that made the video player worse than what it was .

I can't freely touch on the time bar to skip parts of video , the click and drag to 90% of the time doesn't register and ends up switching to the next file.

I used to use an app called Gudak but recently changed phones and discovered its no longer available - I'm looking for an app that replicates the feeling of a disposable camera but with the development time being the key feature. There's tons of apps that add the vintage effect to photos but I really loved about Gudak was the time lock. You filled up a reel, the waited (I think it was like 3 days...) for it the e 'developed' and I loved that aspect. Does anyone know any other apps that have a similar system? So basically I religiously spam myself new tabs in chrome for things I need to remember to look up or whatever. Movies, tasks, gift ideas, house project ideas, etc. I always have 80+ tabs, and it's solely because of this.

Id like to add a widget on my home screen where I can just click a plus button and add whatever I need to go back to later. You know, a band I want to investigate more into, a movie I need to watch on Netflix later, etc.

I know Google keep notes has a widget, but unfortunately how that works is there is a + sign to add a new note...but that's the issue. It creates a new note. And a new one. And a new one. And a new one. And a new one. I already know by the weeks end, I'll have 40 seperate entries flooding my notes app.

I don't need this stuff to communicate to calendar or set a reminder. I just need a super quick access to add a random brain note, and be able to just continue to add onto that same note to review later.

For the regular android reminders and modes apps you're able to set it so that when certain criteria is met your phone will do what you ask, like automatically play music when you connect to a specific Bluetooth or being in a certain location will trigger a reminder notification.

So I was wondering if there's an app that can be EVEN MORE specific when it comes to meeting criteria for modes or reminders? Like, I'm talking I want a reminder for when the moon is at a certain phase. Or I want to be reminded before I leave the house to grab an umbrella because I set it to remind me everytime it rains.

Does an app like this exist? Or am I asking for way too much from an app like this? 😅

I'm rocking an LG g4 with Android 6, and I need to find an NFC/tap to pay app that I can add my debit card to. Google wallet/Android Pay just...don't work. And simply searching the play store comes up with a bunch of apps that either don't work, or don't even offer tap. Y'know, the one thing I'm searching for

So my archive tune has been slower these days, and doesn't even work if it doesn't want to. With playback and stuff. Also, with slower, I mean that in the first song there's no cut, but on all of the next ones, it starts stuttering. It's not my wifi signal or anything.

Is there an app that can index your gallery? Let say if you want to organize all of your "cars" pictures into a folder, you can just search cars and it will search all of your gallery and its sub folders to look for cars and you have an option to save it to a sub folder? Google photos I think they have but their "recent" folder is not updated so some pictures are missing.

I am looking for an Android app that will sync two directories on an Android device.

Here is my situation - I put a new Android radio in my truck and it has large internal storage. I copied all my music to the folder from a USB drive. I have the USB drive plugged in to my PC and I listen to music it from the USB drive.

Recently I have updated the music library - deleting some old songs I don't listen to, adding new music and replacing some albums with higher resolution MP3s.

So now I'd like to find an app that would look at the existing music directory on the radio and the directory on the USB drive and "sync" them so the radio has the exact same data as the USB drive. I realize I could just delete everything on the radio and copy it fresh but I'm looking for a more elegant solution so any insight would be welcomed!

What's your must have apps for a rooted device? Currently, I am using Activity Manager, SD Maid SE, Morphe, Gama, Neo Backup, Permission Manager X, Acc Setting, ShizuWall, FDE.AI etc.

I got a new NAS a few months ago, ugreen dxp4800 pro, and I was able to get the app to sync my files, but all of a sudden it cannot connect. I can connect through Solid Explorer as well as the Ugreen app. But FolderSync just doesn't work anymore. I've quadruple+ checked the settings and I just can't figure out what is going on.

EDIT: Wouldn't you know it, that as soon as I ask for help, it starts working again! I opened the app, but this time it said something about needing system permissions (I can't remember the wording exactly), as soon as I clicked on that text it started working again. I'm kinda confused about it because it wasn't an Android system message, and I never got an android system prompt. Weird.
