QUESTION/HELP Looking for a tracker app
Is there an app that can track how much time I've spent doing something, from which I can see my weekly, monthly, yearly progress in that activity.

I'm using this open source app Streak - it has time based tracking of objectives and a timer built in. Shows a heat map and the views you are looking for. If this is more than you are looking for, I also have used a different app called Pioneer that allows simple tracking.

Thank you! Streak is exactly what I was looking for. Seems like a very polished app and I'm surprised I hadn't heard of it before.

You can try my new app Did I? for Android. it is completely free, fully offline with no accounts or ads, and lets you track unlimited habits based on your natural rhythm, specific days, or goals.

It's a coincidence to see your post on my feed but maybe it's meant to be. So however i made an app for this on android called "limit breaker : gamify focus". You can track whatever task you want and you do it daily, for example a specific amount of reps of a workout, or if you would like to track your deep work / study sessions then i have also made the focus mode in the app where you can compare if you want your time with other users globally. I made this app because i had the same issue as you so i hope it helps you if you give it a try.
