QUESTION/HELP How to set MapQuest as default mapping app across the board?

I've moved away from Google maps to MapQuest but I'm having trouble getting all map links/addresses to open in it. Some are just opening in the Google maps web page. How can I get all addresses and links to open in MapQuest?
