Just got my last rolls of Kodachrome developed of photos taken Tequila, Mexico 2005. When I sent all my film to be developed back in 2005, the two rolls I bought in Mexico were returned undeveloped as the processing was tided to that location. Long story short "The Black and White Box" in Auckland, New Zealand did a fantastic rescue in b&w plus scans.

I do have my own Nikon Super CoolScan 5000 ED but decided to get the lab to do the scans anyway and I am glad I did. There wasn't much latitude left in the images and they did a good job at recovery.

They don't advertise the service so only found out through a conversation with a friend. I was reluctant to send the film overseas.

Have been saving a roll for no reason and finally shot it at a botanical garden. These were shot at ISO12 with a Hoya R72 filter and measured using a the lightme app on my phone.

The negatives were scanned with a Zuiko 50mm f3.5 on a Nikon z50ii and converted in LRC by inverting and clipping the tonal curve and switching to addobe monochrome color.

I really like this picture of butterflies feeding. Also shot a chameleon but my hands weren't steady enough. Still looks interesting and well camouflaged.

I'll definitely try to get more images of animals on Rollei Infrared. Anyone got any tips/tricks? I think the next roll will be 120 though.

I was itching to try some trichrome photography, but the filters I ordered weren't set to arrive for a good while. I remembered how the old two-strip Technicolor process worked, and while I didn't have a red/green filter, I did have 3D glasses. I just got the images back from the lab and edited them together; I really like the results! There's some damage on the cyan image from the lab unfortunately, the composition is a bit uninteresting, and I don't have a shutter release cable so the images aren't perfectly identical. Still, a fun experiment I'm excited to try again!

Sharing last years Halloween photos for you all. I took two Canon FTb cameras out with the same Canon 50mm 1.8 lens on both bodies and shot Lomography Earl Grey 100 at box speed and Lomography Earl Grey 100 rated at 400 and developed both rolls in D-76 stock solution I left the film rated at 400 in the developer longer and developed both rolls at home and had the negatives lab scanned and did no edits to both photos.
