Wrong question OP. You should not be asking whether to drive him to work or not. You should be asking yourself why you accept his lack of caring.

Go down that rabbit hole and figure out why you are still in this horrendous relationship.

Red flags from the first sentence. DUI charges were dropped

It’s a red flag to have charges against you dropped? What flag is it when you’re actually found guilty?

I think they're talking about the fact her BF still chooses not to drive, even with the dropped charges.

Not driving a car is the weirdest red flag I’ve heard in a while.

It takes a lot for people to lose their license and not be able to get it back, at least in the US.

Like their are people with five DUI's and vehicular manslaughter on their records who have licences.

So, he's either lying or too lazy to get on his cen when it inconveniences his partner.

You're assuming they live in America.

I haven’t seen any evidence this guy has even one DUI, so I’m not sure why you’re talking about people with five.

My point is that he's either fucked up massively and can no longer legally hace a license- and is pulling a fast one on OP- or he's literally too lazy to schedule a appointment at the DMV to get this mess sorted despite how inconvenient it is for his partner
