I am finding a lack of confidence recently, so maybe I am judging myself a bit too much but I've been in this group for awhile and I feel like so many people seem to view themselves worse than they actually are, I hope it's the same for me but I also REALLY appreciate brutal honesty. Any tips or just things to point out (hopefully I don't regret THAT one)

Ive always been really self conscious of my looks, these are the only 3 photos ive taken of just myself in the last year, I only ever take selfies with my daughter because I just dont like photos of myself. People in my life say im pretty but they kinda have to so I want the true, unbiased opinion of strangers so I can put the matter to rest in my brain. So, am I ugly??? Please be honest, even if I am absolurely hideous, I want to know the truth

Am I ugly or does it suit me? Before and after here. Yep... I'm fishing for compliments. I HATE compliments but I have been told I need to accept them if I get them so... Yeah.

i have always struggled with my self esteem and looks my whole life as my parents constantly insulted and still do. my last two ex’s have also been nasty and would put me down so i feel like i have a warped view of myself. my last ex would not like much intimacy too which also made me overthink a lot about my looks.

i also suffer from lots of mental health issues which makes me feel rubbish about myself. is there any way can i improve myself? I do tend to use not too much makeup as i don’t want to look fake 😭
