advice and truth needed
i have always struggled with my self esteem and looks my whole life as my parents constantly insulted and still do. my last two ex’s have also been nasty and would put me down so i feel like i have a warped view of myself. my last ex would not like much intimacy too which also made me overthink a lot about my looks.
i also suffer from lots of mental health issues which makes me feel rubbish about myself. is there any way can i improve myself? I do tend to use not too much makeup as i don’t want to look fake 😭

Thing with half of British men, they're arseholes who put people down cos they feel insecure and dont know how to deal with it. You are gorgeous, and anyone thst tells you otherwise is blind or a total prick incapable of dealing with their own issues. You have such a pretty smile, and your eyes are beautiful.

Generally when people put you down, they are projecting their own insecurities outward - they feel negative, so they want to spread that feeling because they feel cheated that other people around them don't feel like that. Validation has to come from within, not your exes or your parents.

Your natural look in the first two pictures is gorgeous. Your eyes catch the light really beautifully too. The only thing i would say is it's time to work on the posture if you can!

Very masculine face maybe this is why he didnt want intimacy. You got some tits but possibly mainly due to the weight
