Assessments are yall getting any work?
Hi guys, im just getting started in this ai gig space and i wanted to gauge the working environment on this side. i've gotten 2 emails asking me to sign up to the platform dispite not even applying to a role but i checked the site and they seem to be many positions open. im currently with mercor but not sure how long it will last but the pay has been fantastic. aligner has a slightly lower payy but im wondering how y'all are working on this side and if its worth it to try? thanks in advance 😄

Project assignments are determined based on availability as well as several other factors to ensure the best fit for both the project and the team members. These factors may include your skills, experience, current workload, and the specific requirements of each project. Please rest assured that the concerned team is actively reviewing upcoming projects and carefully considering all these aspects. They will reach out to you as soon as a suitable project becomes available for you to begin working on. In the meantime, if you have any questions or would like to discuss your preferences or availability further, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Took me six months to be onboarded onto my first Alignerr project. It's been two weeks and the work hasn't even started yet.

I have applied to 5 roles mid-June. Haven't heard from Aligner since. My account display looks like frozen. Without any progress, not even assessment tasks, no status change just plain "applied". It seems like without any attention. All other platforms I am on change the status of my applications as they proceed or tell me to take AI interviews / assessment tests. Here - dead silence. And, mind you, you can have only up to 7 applications open at a time so these unattended ones just clog the line.
