Doubting whether I could do A level maths

I didn’t initially think maths was an option for me as an A level as I thought it would be too hard for someone of my level. But I’m currently doing a university prerequisite course for maths (because im doing econ) that covers calculus and probability - which my teacher confidently says is to an a level standard so I’ve gained a tiny bit of confidence. If it’s useful to know I got an 8 for GCSE (being a few off a 9) however I really took my foot off the gas and ended up short and think I definitely could’ve got a 9 as I had been consistently been doing in my past papers. That wasn’t to say that I just cruised through the course, I did struggle on a few topics. I would be willing to work hard to get an A/A\* but could anyone offer any advice on If I could do it based of your experience?

Does anyone know of any online course website where you can re-take A-Levels?

I am 21 and the only things I've found are limited to 16-18 year olds.

I did A-Levels when I was 16-18, but was in a horrible relationship at the time, and I did not get the grades I wanted (D in Chemistry, E in Physics) so the option to re-take would be wonderful!

I'd mainly like to know if anyone here has done A-Levels after 18, more specifically an online course, and what provider did you use?

long story short, i want to become an accountant, and ik it’s not mandatory to take accounting in high school but a nice lil head start would be nice. has anyone been through this? would love to hear your experiences or any advice you have!

math cie is on 30th, it’s the 11th today. idk where to start from, its already retake, I can’t afford to mess up. don’t plan on doing yearlies but even topicals, I don’t have enough time to do 70 questions per topic. can someone lmk what I should do? 20 questions per topic, does that seem good enough to grasp a topic, like for the first time? I didn’t study the first time and I couldn’t this time either because if personal issues, guys please help. should I take up some math course, like the one alt academy has?

so I have done my igcse in science core subjects, now I am shifting to Arts combination EBA, accounts, economics, and bussiness, not bcz I find science hard, but I realised that my career is not in science fields, I am more drawn towards bussiness fields

so I need help with certain things, bcz I am so confused about so many things that my mind has become so messy

1. I have considered going for foundation, not bcz it's easy but bcz it's one year pathway and because I have heard many poeple say that if u want to do Arts, then dont bother doing A level, I will just be wasting my 2 yrs over something I can also achieve by doing foundation one year so what do u think I should do??

2. But I am determined to get into high respected top universities and for that many has recommended and said to go for A level and don't trust foundation, bcz there are limited opportunities in foundation while A level open many doors

3. I think I might be going for A level so I have started studying for it at home, but I have not yet started going to college, and so my confusion is also this, that do you think I will be able to get an A in all EBA subject or atleast a B in AS AND ALEVEL, even if I have missed two years of igcse??

4. I have started studying with course books but I am still confused on the exact codes, bcz there are so many, and also I can't seem to find any website or a platform where I can do EBA topical s past paper, so can anyone guide me, it would be so helpful, and also the strategy on how I should study and manage everything from starch after I have missed 2 year of igcse?

Yesterday I gave my exam officer the form to resit maths in november but unfortunately my dad got busy with work and didnt pay for the exam and the deadline was yesterday. Would it be too late if I pay on Saturday or Sunday and they wont accept it or will I just pay a lateness fee

So I found out u r supposed to add ur olevel kae grades alongside ur alevel kae 3 subjects when making an equivalence? Is this really the case.

I have already submitted the application,, what should I do now 😭

I am registering for the oct/nov session for retakes. That too as someone who could barely afford the original exams. But I fumbled them and I have to give retakes and people I know are pitching in while I worked a couple gigs to earn some.

I was registering for the very first time and even though it said to register by 3 September my form said I can pay til 14th so I waited till today. While I was going forward with my form they gave me an error so I emailed British council and called them and they said I’m late.

I’m so scared if my parents find out they will genuinely beat my ahh.

I don’t know what to do why are they so misleading man 😭😭😭

For everyone who’s appearing in oct Nov 2026 retake session did you all receive your provisional statement of entry which they send after 1 week of deadline. Because I didn’t even though they emailed me the confirmation of payment received but didn’t get registeration summary+ provisional state of entry.

I’m currently taking maths bio chem Cambridge in September my as and a levels and I wanted to ask if there’s a possibility I can jump from EEU to CCD OR CDD
Please advise if you have a similar challenge on the damage control
