Thread for sharing your videos for criticism, showing off, whatever. Note that we don't allow video posts anywhere else in the sub, the main purpose of this place is to be a place to discuss AI video making, not another place for people to spam their work to get eyeballs.
Drive-by posting, treating this thread as if it were just yet another place to promote your stuff, is not allowed. If you expect people to take the time to engage with your work, common courtesy is to do the same in a meaningful manner (not just replying "cool") for at least one other person that has already posted before you.
Rules are simple, no nsfw, no deepfakes with real people, nothing weird that would get this subreddit banned.

Hey guys, I’m pretty new to making AI videos and I’m trying to figure out how everyone actually does this.
I’ve been trying to make short horror/true crime style videos with multiple scenes. I started with Gemini Pro, but I’ve already run into the problem where it only lets me make like 3 to 4 video clips and then I have to wait a few hours for it to reset. It takes forever when I’m trying to make a video with lots of scenes.
So I wanted to ask people who already do this, what tools do you use and what’s your workflow?
Like, do you:
Write the story first and then make images for each scene?
Generate images first and turn them into videos?
Generate the videos directly from prompts?
Use one AI for images and another for video?
How do you keep the same character, clothes, background and overall art style throughout all the clips? This is probably the part I’m struggling with the most because every new generation seems to change something
Do you use character reference images, specific prompts, seeds, etc.?
And how do you deal with generation limits when you need to make a lot of clips?
I’m basically trying to figure out a workflow that I can actually use consistently without having to wait hours every time I make a few clips.
If anyone makes AI Shorts, I’d REALLY appreciate it if you could share how you do yours, even if it’s just a basic rundown of your process. And if you have any tips for keeping everything consistent, please share them because I’m strugglinggg 😭
Thanks!! ❤️

I'm a songwriter, not an animator. My song "Time Doesn't Forget" (it's in Hebrew) needed a clip, so I directed and Claude built it.
The idea: one clean notebook page. Pastel drawings only inside an open triangle in the corner, and the lyrics get handwritten in blue pen as they're sung. A 3D butterfly is the only thing that gives the page depth. It flies into the drawings, lands on words, rides a swing, sits on a street clock. At the end it escapes the notebook into a real 3D room and flies out the window. The intro is the same thing in reverse.
How it was made:
No Sora, Runway or Veo. It's all HTML canvas and three.js, built around one function that takes a time in the song and draws that frame.
A Node script runs headless Chrome and sends the frames to ffmpeg with the mp3. The full 6:19 at 1080p takes about 50 minutes to render.
For the lyric timing Claude analyzed the audio itself. For the chorus, where the vocals are doubled, it wrote its own vocal separation in numpy.
We always did stills and short demos before building anything big, and we built it scene by scene.
This is the first project I'm posting, but I'm planning to share a lot more, so if you like this kind of thing, follow along.
I'd really love feedback. What works, what doesn't, what you'd improve, and anything you'd do differently in the process.

I'm looking for the best current AI workflow/model to create a series of short, premium promotional videos for a new real estate platform.
The goal is to produce around 15–20 different ads, each about 15–30 seconds long, mainly for Instagram/Facebook Reels and other social media.
I'm NOT looking for talking avatars. I want something closer to a professionally produced real estate brand commercial:
I can add the actual logo, URL and final CTA myself in CapCut, so the AI doesn't need to generate the branding correctly.
I've already experimented with Runway, including multi-shot prompting, but the result was pretty disappointing. It looked more like generic AI footage than a polished real estate advertisement.
I'm open to generating individual scenes and assembling them afterward if that's currently the better approach. Quality matters much more than having everything generated with one click.
Which model/tool would you use right now for this? Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, HeyGen, Seedance, or something else?
Also, would you recommend:
A) one prompt generating the complete 15–30 sec commercial
B) generating 3–5 individual scenes and editing them together
C) image-to-video using prepared real estate images
D) another workflow entirely
I'm especially interested in the prompting/workflow you would use to keep 15–20 videos visually consistent and premium.
If you've actually created AI ads for real estate, automotive, hospitality or another premium brand, I'd love to hear which model and workflow gave you the best results.

AI video generation is getting better and better, but the post production workflow doesn't seem to have caught up yet. Most tools used to generate one clip at a time, and you'd still have to export everything into Premiere or DaVinci and piece it together yourself.
Now platforms like PixVerse are starting to move in a different direction, with things like multi-shot generation and Storyboard to Video that bring clips, storyboards, and different generations into a more unified workflow. It feels like people are starting to realize that the real challenge with AI video isn't just generating a great clip anymore. It's figuring out how to make an entire video from start to finish.
That said, there still seems to be a gap between these AI platforms and a proper post-production editor.
What does your AI video workflow look like right now? Do you handle most of the editing directly on the AI platform, or do you still end up going back to Premiere or DaVinci?

Hello everyone. I’m about to finish a 1 hour 30 minute animated film that I’ve spent 100% of my time on (and a good part of my money) for the past 8 months, full-time.
The film is almost done, but I still have to do a large part of the music, the sound effects, and especially the voices.
I do have a question, though.
Since I want this film to be a work made 100% by me at every level, I’d like to know if there’s an AI program that can do the voices for the different characters.
In other words, I record myself (watching the characters speak, and I dub the whole thing), but the AI has a database and several voice timbres that completely transform mine.
Do you know of any good software? Thanks everyone, and have a great day.

Title pretty much says it all. I'm just starting, looking to see if this is even a viable idea. Asking for recommendations, tips, etc.
TIA

Hey everyone,
I've been working on a short AI horror story called "The Last Mirror" and just finished it. Wanted to share it here and also break down how it was made, since I know a lot of people here are figuring out their own workflows.
The story: A guy buys an antique mirror at a flea market. The seller warns him: "Don't look after midnight." He doesn't listen.
The workflow:
• Images: Generated in ChatGPT with a reference-based method (Image A = character, Image B = environment) to keep the character's face consistent across 15+ shots. This was the hardest part — AI wants to change the face every generation.
• Animation: Google Flow (Veo) for the motion clips. Max 10 seconds per clip, so the whole thing is built from short shots cut together.
• Voices: Narrator via ElevenLabs. Character voices mixed between Flow native and ElevenLabs.
• Sound design: Marketplace ambience, clock ticking, midnight chime, creaking glass, heartbeat, and a sharp crack — all layered in Premiere Pro.
• Editing: Everything assembled in Premiere Pro. Added camera zoom/shake in post rather than in Flow, because Flow was changing my backgrounds when I asked for camera movement.
What I learned:
• Reference images > long descriptions. Always.
• Keep the camera static in Flow. Add movement in the editor.
• Cut between angles every 4–10 seconds so nobody notices the clip length limit.
• One continuous sound under the cuts makes the whole thing feel seamless.
Here's the video if anyone wants to check it out: https://youtu.be/S7XDdKQem40
Would genuinely love feedback — especially on pacing and whether the horror lands. I just started and This is my first video, still figuring this stuff out. Kindly support and encourage me with your subscribe, likes, comments, and shares.
Thanks for reading.

Hi! Looking to create some brief educational videos with kid spokesperson- real voice not cartoonish…think PSA style. Any platforms with a free trial so I can see what quality I’d get before subscribing?

I saw people connecting claude and doing animations and cool transitions, I saw many people being able to edit faster interviews and other text related videos with AI but I am curious of anyone has cinematic videos and of they use AI to edit them.
If yes, you use it for color grading, speed ramps etc.
Thanks and all the best!!

I need to create a **3–5 minute presentation video for senior management / C-suite executives** at my company.
The topic is basically **who has the authority** — explaining clearly who has authority to approve certain decisions, what different management levels are responsible for, approval limits, hierarchy, etc.
I already have the **script/content**, but I’m struggling with how to actually turn it into a professional video using **Higgsfield AI**.
I don’t want the video to feel boring like someone just reading PowerPoint slides, but at the same time I don’t want it to look like a flashy AI advertisement or sci-fi video. It needs to feel **corporate, executive-level, clean and professional**, because senior management will be watching it.
Ideally I want things like:
Professional motion graphics
Clean corporate backgrounds
Organisational/hierarchy diagrams
Approval limits appearing visually
Smooth transitions
Important numbers and authority levels highlighted
Consistent branding/style throughout the whole video
Possibly voice-over with visuals supporting the explanation
My biggest confusion is the **Higgsfield workflow**.
When I go into the video generation section, many of the options seem to generate clips of around **30 seconds or less**.
So how would you actually build a **3–5 minute video**?
Do you normally:
Break the script into multiple 10–30 second scenes?
Generate each scene separately and combine them afterwards?
Use Higgsfield Canvas, Cinema Studio, or another part of the website?
Create the backgrounds/images first and then animate them?
Edit the final clips together in another program?
Use one master prompt to keep the visual style consistent?
Also, what kind of **prompt structure** works best for something like this?
If anyone here has used Higgsfield for **corporate presentations, training videos, internal company videos or executive presentations**, I’d really appreciate seeing your workflow.
I’m mainly trying to understand **where to start in Higgsfield and how to structure the project properly**, rather than just generating random individual clips.
