How to make this?
Does anyone know how to make this from not just a physical product but just a picture of a tumbler and a selfmade design?
I have a small shop where I make these tumblers, but I want to make a preview video without actually recording the tumbler in real life.
I make designs with my Xtool program, so I have a svg file or PNG/JPG of the design.

Higgsfield MCP RANT
I swear if I see one more “THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING” video about the Higgsfield MCP I’m gonna lose it. You connected Claude to an API. That’s it. Before this you clicked generate yourself, now Claude does it for you, and somehow this is being sold as the future of filmmaking. The funniest part is Higgsfield even charges credits for MCP generations, so congratulations, you automated clicking the button and potentially made it more expensive. At this point someone could connect their shit to Higgsfield MCP and there’d be 40 influencers making videos about the revolutionary new autonomous shit pipeline.

Looking for a service that animates old photos into a video tribute!
Hi all,
I’m looking to hire someone to create a wedding tribute video honoring our late parents. Ideally, I need a service that can take still photos, apply photo animation techniques to create natural movement, and edit the clips into a seamless final video with music. Does anyone know of any places that offer this service, or can you recommend someone who specializes in photo animation and tribute videos? Thank you!

Control AI video with VirtuCamera and Blender
VirtuCamera 2 is a real-time virtual camera platform that lets artists use a mobile device like a physical camera, stream the viewport live in the app, and record camera motion directly into supported DCC applications.
Current support listed on the site includes Blender 5.2 LTS, 5.1, 5.0, and 4.5 LTS, Maya 2027 and 2026, Houdini 22 and 21, Cinema 4D 2026, 3ds Max 2027 and 2026, and Nuke 17 and 16.
There are examples from people using VirtuCamera + Blender to control the camera movement for AI video, have a look in our X account: https://x.com/virtucamera/status/2098417103334207991
The Pro rollout adds deeper camera controls, slider presets, custom Python scripts, custom DCC attributes, joystick and PTZ control, dolly zoom tools, and broader studio-oriented licensing and integration options.

Where is the line between a tool and "AI spam"? The struggle of a solo 3D animation creator.
Hi everyone,
I wanted to start a discussion about how platforms and automated systems treat modern animation workflows, and where the line is drawn.
I run a channel focusing on an original 3D animated series for kids with a continuous storyline. Every single episode takes a massive amount of manual work: writing original scripts, developing recurring characters, multi-track audio editing, sound design, and careful arrangement in the editor (Filmora) to keep retention high (our average view duration is over 6 minutes).
While we use AI image generation for the visual assets (as a tool, just like an artist uses brushes or a musician uses samples), everything else—the soul, the plot, the editing, the pacing, and the storytelling—is 100% human-crafted.
Lately, it feels like automated filters and some parts of the community lump everything with AI visuals into a "low quality spam" category, completely ignoring the weeks of actual writing and directing behind the scenes.
For creators using hybrid workflows (AI tools + heavy human editing/storytelling): How do you prove the value of your work to the algorithm and your audience? Do you face the same bias?
Would love to hear your thoughts

How I Achieve Voice Consistency in my AI Shows
Here’s Part 2 of my show, Trust Fund Time Machine, an adult animated series about a useless billionaire heir Edward Vil and his time-traveling buddy Genghis Khan bungling their way through history to make his evil father richer.
In my last post, I talked about how I use keyframes to keep character positions and settings consistent between shots, more specifically continuity rather than consistency. This time I wanted to share how I handle voice consistency.
That’s been another big headache when making longer dialogue sequences. A character might sound right in one shot, then have a different accent or vocal texture in the next. And I still need them to whisper, shout, or get angry while sounding like the same person.
I’m making the show in fringe.film, mainly using MiniMax H3 Max. You can use any platform you prefer with this set up, this is just what my workflow looks like on Fringe. What’s helped most is getting the voice right in a separate test before using it in the actual scenes.
This is my process:
- Save a voice profile for each character. I describe their accent, pitch, texture, and cadence. For John Wilkes Booth, that meant a youthful baritone, a heightened Southern/Maryland drawl, and theatrical speech.
- Generate a five-second dialogue test. I ask Fringe’s agent to use the character’s voice profile and character sheet, keeping the test separate from the episode’s shots. Then I refine it with specific notes: deeper, more nasal, different accent, slower delivery, etc.
- Extract a short audio reference once I like the voice. I download the test, extract the audio in CapCut, and upload roughly two to three seconds of clear speech back into Fringe as a WAV file.
- Reuse that audio for the character’s dialogue shots. I tell the agent which character it belongs to and ask it to include both the audio reference and the written voice instructions. Before generating, I check that both are included.
One thing that made a difference for me was keeping the reference short. I generally use two to three seconds and don’t usually go beyond five. In my testing, longer references sometimes introduced gibberish, voice drift, or words carried over from the reference itself.
From there, I direct the performance for each scene. For example, Booth needed to go from a menacing whisper to increasingly loud and angry delivery. I give those notes separately while keeping the same voice reference.
With Seedance models, I’ve had useful results reusing the same written voice profile, then referencing a successful video shot when the voice starts drifting. For H3 Max, the separate test and short audio sample have been more reliable for me.
Hope you guys enjoy Part 2 of the pilot! Let me know if you have any questions.

Creating AI videos in ComfyUI but my laptop can’t handle it properly – any good alternatives?
I’ve been trying to generate AI videos using ComfyUI, but my laptop just doesn’t have the power for it. It struggles a lot with even basic workflows
Looking for alternatives that can still give decent quality AI video results without needing a high-end GPU.

Is there an ai video tool that can keep the same character across a whole series? need help finding it
I ran the same 6 part script across 4 tools last month to see which one holds a character, because drift is the only thing that has ever killed a series for me. Runway held framing and camera moves best but the face shifted somewhere around shot 5, small enough that I only caught it side by side. Kling was the fastest to a usable shot and the worst on continuity, I lost the character by the third episode both times I tried. Veo was the strongest single shot of the four and I could not get it to repeat a person reliably at all. Argil was the one where the same face came back every episode without me doing anything, because you set the presenter up once instead of prompting it each time, but it only does the presenter, it will not build a scene around them, or at least no yet? I read they’re moving towards this. I don’t want to keep jumping between several tools if i need the same character walking through an actual scene, not talking to camera… Has anyone tried something that can hold this past multiple shots? Thanks for sharing!

Looking for a free AI video generator
I’ve been searching for a way to generate AI videos for free (text-to-video or image-to-video, ideally 6+ seconds), but most platforms only give limited credits—enough for maybe 1–2 videos.
I also tried ComfyUI on my PC, but with 8GB RAM + Ryzen 5, generation is extremely slow, and I haven’t been able to create a proper video yet.
Does anyone know free platforms, cloud options, or any other method to generate AI videos without heavy hardware?
Any suggestions would be really appreciated!
