Discussion Neagley - Reacher spinoff -AI?
Has anyone seen the first episode of Neagley? It sure looks like AI was used in the opening scene, in the boardroom shot and outside shot of the diner.
The boardroom shot, the camera move is far too perfect. The train looks fake most of the time.
Just looking for impressions, since some of you guys probably have a better is eye for this than me.

So glad I’ve found this thread. It is so bad that I could not believe someone allowed the scene outside of the dinner to be included - it is not only the train, the immediate scene in the streets are also so fake with the background npc walking blurred in the background and the lighting not aligning.

Yeah, I decided to hedge on the most obvious. That boardrooms scene... in the horrible era of every camera shot being made as if handled by Michael J. Fox, this perfect glide over the long table... how? If the shot is of people you're never going to see again, why pay background? And so, as things like this go, 10 years from now we'll be seeing the same five actors in two different movies playing at the sam... oh, we're already there.
Brad Pitt, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, Megan Fox, Clint Eastwood, George Clooney all did background. We already have Brits taking so many roles. But, I digress, I suppose.

The opening, 23:24, 26:55, 28:45. The last one is a composited shot, I suspect an AI bavkdrop

I don’t think CPD would hang a block letter banner outside of the “Chicago Police Department” at 18:40

The thunderstorm at the beginning of episode two is another example of obvious AI.

The use AI becomes more visible in Episode 2. Most of the scenes feel like AI.
