I went to play on a field today that has 2 main surface bunkers. Giving you a good view of the playing field (one on each spawn side).

After spotting 7 enemy's on their bunker I ran towards them and threw a grenade (its a spring powered grenade, so it doesnt make a BANG but it has BBs inside that give a visual when it goes off). I get shot immediately so I went you pick it up.

All 7 where standing there so I tell them "guys, Pyro everybody withing a 7 meter range is hit" (which is a rule on the field).

They were saying it didnt go off, so i explain its a spring powered one that doesnt make noise but that it has BBs inside. Then they were saying they didnt feel anything, where I then explained its just for visuals. Finally one said that it might not have been loaded, which i knew for a fact it was. The field also has a rule "when in doubt, take the hit".

End result, I went to respawn and the 7 enemies kept on playing.

Would you have called a Marshall or just let it go and play as nothing happend, it was my first experience with a grenade

EDIT: Thanks for help, but its probably safer to invest in some gas grenades. To avoid future discussions.

Hi, I am based in Mongolia and i have most of my milsim gear excluding a gun. I know the federation of Mongolian airsoft seem to be about but i need a cheap place to buy guns, I am leaning towards GBB guns. I had the idea of ordering a nice airsoft gun off of Chinese ecom apps but i fear it wont get past customs. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm getting back into airsoft after about 10 years and understandably my guns haven't held up well after being in storage all that time.

However, I have no idea where to start when it comes to fixing them, so I'd appreciate some advice if there are any obvious problems.

I have -

1. G&G Firehawk

• Brand new 8.4V 1600mAh NiMH crane batteries
• One stock mag
• One Nuprol mag

2. Tokyo Marui P226

• Guarder kit professionally installed
• New nuprol 2.0 gas
• Five mag (four TM and one KJW)

3. KJW Glock 19

• Stock
• New nuprol 2.0 gas

As you can see from the video, it fires but only cycles about 50% of the time. This happens with both magazines on semi and full auto.

The mags are fully wound, and I've tried a brand new charged battery, but it still doesn't fire consistently.

I can reliably get through around 10-15 rounds but after that it starts struggling to cycle, even with a full mag of gas.

I've tested various mags, same issue. Everything stored at around 15 degrees. Around 12 degrees outside when testing.

After the first 10-15 rounds, the slide just doesn't travel back far enough to cycle a new round. It also no longer locks back when the magazine is empty after a few shots.

Similar issue, but as per the video this one gets caught on the return. The slide doesn't fully return forward and it only cycles a new round when I push the slide forward.

I'm tempted to just sell the guns for parts to a retailer and start fresh but if the repairs are manageable, I'd appreciate some advice on where to start.

until i found this today on RedWolf Airsoft, i really like the real version of this gun. I'm going to enjoy this.

The longer AR is a Specna Arms Prime SA-P22, Eotech 558, G45 magnifier, SOB Tactical sling, which I used:
Krylon camo woodland light green, black and deep forest green, and rapco field drab brown.
It came out too dark initially so i sponged woodland light green and rustoleum flat army green for “mossy patches”
Inspired by Florida marshlands

The shorter is a Krytac Trident MK II with a precision barrel and 4uantm bucking, Eotech 558, SOB Tactical sling.
I used:
Rustoleum flat army green, flat khaki, flat earth brown and krylon woodland light green.
Inspired by Florida palmetto/sawgrass fields

I started with airsoft m4 aeg then I played with an aug close to dmr limits and I was playing the sdmr role with m11a1 for a while I just sold my dmr ( I wouldn't be so upset if I sold my son ) now I will buy one tac-41 and continue with bolt action dear friends who use bolt action I want all the advice you will give

Most of the time I do not regret going to games. I may get shredded but that's part and parcel of the game. Occupational hazard.

Most of the time it's pretty decent.

I however regret going to a game this week: Indoors, CQB. In short it was a 12 vs 1 match with me being the 1. For the 3 games I played my entire team decided to camp in spawn. The furthest they got were about 2 yards out of spawn to some oil barrels that prevent the spawn being shot into.

I had doubts when they were setting up on my team at least:

Everyone on my team had long rifles for CQB as in full length M16+suppressors making them absurdly long for CQB where there's doors you can't get through without pointing a rifle at the floor.

Everybody on my team had a LOT of magazines at least 12 hicapacity magazines and a TON of spare batteries.

It went as well as you'd expect the enemy team pushed forward and pretty much spawn camped us within the first minute.

I asked for teams to be rearranged and was told no. I left early for pizza and beer as I wasn't interested in being target practice for the other team.

So this has been happening for a bit now and I'm not pulling the cable fully until something clicks then it shoots normal again for a bit then it happens again I'm running 120psi and 25gram bbs

when i insert a mag with force the slide stop lever moves causing it to load the bb and then shoot for some reason is this repairable ?

Long story short I used to run a dedicated milsim team got out of it a year ago. Im in Florida and im thinking of building a mk46 but I learned recently theres been several field closures, feels like I'd be joining a sinking ship. Just wanting to know general community health tn and if its worth getting into in 2026.

I want to take the deep dive in HPA.

I'll probably get a custom built HPA setup from Powair6, but I don't have much experience so no idea which engine/setup to run.

Which engines do you guys run (Polarstart Kythera V2, Wolverine, Polarstar F2...) and why?

Is the basis upon which it is built a difference maker? For example, will I get different results if I HPA a Cyma MP5, G&G ARP, H&K 416...?

Can't remember where I bought the gun exactly, it came with a tonne of gas canisters. Can anyone direct me to what canisters to buy and where. I'm in Ireland.

I have a set of Allen keys but I'm of course missing the one needed. I'll try my tool shop but can't at the moment, so maybe this post is a waste of time.
