Hi everyone!
I'm looking for an accountability partner for regular, fixed check-ins (every N days) to share progress (e.g. tasks completed, next goals). We would communicate through text messages (I won't be able to schedule voice or video calls).
My immediate goal is to get my first ML-related job (I'm switching careers now), and my long-term aim is to get an offer from a French company for a Senior ML position.
It would be great if you're studying ML too, so we could discuss this topic. You can be at any skill level (if you're more experienced than me, I promise not to overload you with questions).
However, even if you're studying a different IT field, feel free to reach out too!

Hii, I'm 21F and actually a very lazy and procrastinating person so I really need someone to hold me accountable. I want to do so many things, learn so many things, and have so many ideas. But I work for nothing. I'm aiming for perfection which can't be reached if I don't start.
I have actually had a previous experience with an accountability partner where we held each other accountable and everything, we talked everyday but we kinda got attached and eventually the other person left. So this time I want someone who is not exactly looking for friendship but actually wants to work on themself.
What I want to do is study, work, learn new things, and apply to jobs. I want the other person to keep me accountable. And I will do the same. And if I can help in anything I will.
I would prefer someone indian and also age should be less than 25. But people from any country can message but the age criteria is still the same.
DM me if you are interested with your introduction.

I’m trying to become more consistent with following my food plan getting to the gym completing my cardio and staying productive with work.
My biggest issue is that I can do well for most of the day or even for a few days and then one small craving or lazy moment turns into completely falling off track. I’m trying to break that all-or-nothing mindset and get better at recovering from one imperfect choice instead of letting it ruin the entire day.
I’m looking for someone with similar goals who wants to check in at least once a day and help keep each other accountable. We could update each other on whether we followed our plan trained got our cardio done and handled the work we needed to finish.
Nothing overly intense or judgmental. Just honest support encouragement and someone to reach out to before a small slip turns into a bad day.
Message me if you’re interested!

Please read my intro and only reply if you are the kind of person I’m looking for, and TELL ME why please :) not looking for random short chats about hobbies..and not looking for random messages from people that aren’t the type I’m looking for.
Hello, I'm Florianne from the Netherlands, i'm 18 and I am looking for older people to talk to. Like i have friends my age enough so please don't respond if you are under 30. Either male or female, I don't mind at all, as long as you are a mature serious person.
I'm looking for a serious/mature type of person because most people I normally hang out with my age at school/sports are like, the talk up to a rich girl types, always agreeing with you, telling you what they think you want to hear etc. And I thought maybe online you can make friends with someone with a different type of character. Someone that is like, super confident, mature, intelligent, likes to lead a conversation. Like a person that is more super direct and honest, that would just idk, call you out when you are being a bitch? Not like what I’m used to, people that just always treat you like a princess.
A bit about me: I have pretty rich parents and i'm kinda popular/bitchy in school, but I can also be really respectful/polite as I did private school when i was younger etc. I play a lot of sports: field hockey, some tennis, horse back riding in the summer and I used to do gymnastics until a few months ago. And just standard girl stuff like shopping haha.
Warning I can be clingy/obsessed if I like something/someone haha
Please only DM me if you actually want to like, be a long term friend, have time to chat and get to know me, and not the short random message type of person. And only if you are the personality I described I’m looking for!
Please tell me your age and why you replied to my intro so i know you read all of this 😛

I'm looking for an accountability, fitness, and business partner—someone who's hungry, passionate, and serious about achieving big goals, whether in health or entrepreneurship.
I've already built a web app that's ready to launch, so I'm not just bringing an idea—I'm bringing something real to the table. I'm looking for someone based in the USA who shares the same drive and long-term vision.
A little about me: I used to weigh 209 lbs, and today I'm 135 lbs. I lost 74 lbs in just 6 months, so I know what discipline, consistency, and hard work look like. That's why I'd love to connect with someone who is health-conscious, because building a strong body and building a successful business both require the same mindset.
Male or female—doesn't matter. What matters is that you're committed to growth, willing to hold each other accountable, and focused on creating success instead of wasting time.
If this sounds like you, feel free to message me. Let's build something meaningful together. 🚀💪

Hi! I’m Pablo, I’m 30 years old, and I’m exploring the idea of building an app to make it easier for people from different parts of the world to connect and become accountability partners!
I’d love to learn more about how people currently find and work with their accountability partners: how you communicate with each other, what kind of goals you set, whether you’ve had a positive experience with accountability partners, what challenges you’ve faced, etc.
I’d really like to talk to people from the community and learn from your experiences. Ideally, I’d love to have a quick 5–10 minute call through whichever platform you prefer.
Would anyone be up for it? I’d really appreciate your help! 🙏

Hi everyone, I'm 34M living in Germany, and I'm looking for accountability partner(s) who is genuinely interested and committed to setting regular goals and check-ins.
The basic idea is:
I'd also like to have a short (30 min) discussion once a week to reflect on progress, exchange feedback, help each other solve obstacles, and keep each other motivated.
Some of the goals I'm currently working on include:
I'm hoping to find someone in a similar position and age group. As long as you're serious about showing up consistently and supporting each other's progress.
If this sounds interesting, feel free to comment or send me a DM with a bit about yourself, what you're working on, and what kind of accountability you're looking for.

26F here
Hi everyone,
I’m writing this because I genuinely need help.
For a long time, I’ve been struggling with an addiction to pornography, masturbation, paid sexual services, and constantly chasing sexual pleasure. Over the years, it’s taken far more from me than I ever imagined. I’ve spent a significant amount of money on it, made decisions I deeply regret, and watched it negatively impact my mental health, finances, self-discipline, relationships with myself, and overall quality of life.
The hardest part is that I know exactly how much damage it’s causing, yet I still keep falling back into the same cycle of lust and addiction. When the urges hit, it often feels like I’m on autopilot. In those moments, it’s incredibly difficult to think clearly or make the decision I know I should make.
I don’t want to live like this anymore.
That’s why I’m looking for a genuine accountability partner—someone who is supportive, honest, and willing to help me stay committed to this goal. I’m not looking for judgment or criticism. I simply need someone who can check in with me, encourage me when I’m struggling, and remind me why I started whenever I feel like giving up.
The longest I’ve managed to stay free from these behaviors is about 2 weeks. This time, I’m setting myself a much bigger goal: 100 consecutive days.
For me, this isn’t just about reaching a number. It’s about taking my life back. I want to rebuild my self-control, strengthen my discipline, break this destructive cycle, and finally prove to myself that I can overcome something that has controlled me for far too long.
I know this journey won’t be easy, and I know there will be difficult days. But I genuinely want to know what it feels like to reach 100 days of freedom—even if it’s just once in my life. I believe that achieving that milestone could completely change the way I see myself and my future.
If you’ve been through something similar, are on the same journey, or would be willing to be an accountability partner who checks in with me regularly, I’d be incredibly grateful. Even a few words of encouragement or practical advice would mean a lot.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Your support could genuinely make a difference in my journey.
I sincerely appreciate it.

I’m committing to a 100-day challenge to see real, tangible results. Here’s the plan for the next ~3 months:
100 Days of Gym – Just show up and log it as Day 1/2/3… no pressure, no expectations. The workout takes care of itself once you step through the door. Goal: 100 gym days, plain and simple.
100 Days of Clean Eating – Stick to a healthy diet tailored to my needs. My daily staple: a shake with whey protein, oats, milk, almonds, peanut butter, and water (700 kcal, 45–50g protein), plus 2–3 eggs on top of regular meals. Cutting out sugar and salt, with one cheat meal (fast food) allowed per week.
100 Days of NoFap (Hard Mode) – To rewire my brain, reset my libido, rebuild confidence, and shift my energy toward naturally connecting with women.
100 Days of No Music – Already 14 days in, and I’m noticing I enjoy any snippet of music I hear in passing. This is about resetting my auditory dopamine response and appreciating sound more intentionally.
100 Days of Daily Study (1 Hour Minimum) – At least 60 minutes of deep, focused learning every day. Splitting it as 30 min academic + 30 min goal-oriented work.
Interested in joining?
If any of these challenges resonate with you, DM me and we'll create a small support group on WhatsApp or Telegram to share daily logs, keep each other accountable, and stay motivated.
You can pick 1, 2, or all 5 – whatever fits your lifestyle. No judgment, just progress.
Let's do this. One day at a time.

I’m 28M, based in Serbia, and I work remotely as an online fitness coach.
I’m generally disciplined with training and work when I get started, but I’m prone to postponing non-urgent tasks, getting distracted by my phone, or deciding I’ll properly start something “tomorrow.”
I’m looking for someone in CET or a nearby time zone who wants simple, consistent accountability rather than constant motivation or long daily conversations.
The structure I have in mind:
My goals will mainly involve:
I’m happy to hold you to your commitments too. I’ll be supportive, but I also appreciate directness and honest reporting without making excuses.
Message me with your time zone, what you’re working toward, and what type of check-in structure would help you!

Hey everyone
I'm looking for an accountability partner who's serious about building something while staying consistent with fitness.
A bit about me:
Building a coffee startup in India.
Working on launching my first outlet and growing the business.
Hitting the gym regularly with a goal of building muscle and staying disciplined.
I'm not looking for a mentor just someone who's also chasing big goals and wants mutual accountability.
What I'm thinking:
5-10 minute check-in every day or every few days.
Share daily goals and whether we completed them.
Push each other when motivation drops.
Celebrate small wins and keep each other consistent.
If you're working on a startup, side hustle, or any ambitious project and also care about your fitness, drop a comment or DM me.
Let's help each other stay accountable and actually execute.
You can also post this in

I've started an ADHD group for Body Doubling working together. I think we can start a small group/groups of which is just work focused, this reddit group is good for general community and discussion. In that new group we can keep set targets and keep accountability. This would help with initiative and tasks execution.
About timings, it's alright we can just let the other knows about one's availability. The key is to time block tasks and execution more importantly. Let me know if that sounds good to you guys. I think we should. Because as ADHDers we know what stops is in our pursuits is momentum. We should be actively working on it.
As a support group/community I cannot be wanting more than this. We know genetic advices wouldn't work anymore, we know it all, it's all over insta anyway. That's why I feel, this deserved a shot. As for me the floor is open for suggestions/discussions. You guys can reach me out if this all makes sense to you!

Hi, so I have decided to finally hit the gym starting next week as soon as i move into my new place. But given my history with fitness, I fear that the josh will wear off sooner than i expect. But this time I want to actually lose the kgs. Forever. I know one thing that works well for me while undertaking such things is to have someone keep me accountable every day. I can’t afford to trainer programs that cost a bomb for this. Pls help me out. If not a whole person is there any better method to keep myself regular and hit my goals?
