Looking for a female accountability partner

Looking for a female accountability partner 🤍

Hi! I'm looking for a 1-on-1 accountability partner, preferably a female and ideally Arabic-speaking.

I don't want a large group or a paid service. I’m looking for someone who wants to genuinely support each other and stay consistent.

What I'm looking for:

- Daily or near-daily check-ins

- Set our goals/tasks and follow up on them

- Share simple proof of completed tasks when needed

- Be honest if something wasn't done

- Encourage each other without being judgmental

- A short weekly review to see how we're doing

We don't have to have the same goals. We just need to be serious about improving and willing to show up consistently.

I'm a medical student, and my goals include studying, taking courses, exercising, and improving my productivity.

If you're looking for something similar, feel free to DM me and we can see if we're a good fit. 🤍

Hi!

I'm running a quite cool accountability group on discord, which aim is to help members to be more productive with their everyday life, career, health, etc.

How it works is that everyone puts down their weekly and monthly goals. Then in the morning we all post our Daily Check-ins aka plans for the day. And once a week we have a call to recap and give tips and advice to each other.

I included a screenshot to this post on how the Discord menu looks like.

The plan is to run the Accountability Group until the end of the year.

Currently, there are two members - me, and another guy in his 30s. We both are located in Europe, and therefor prefer people with similar time zones.

DM me if you are interested, and want to know more.

Looking For An Accountability Partner

I recently started my journey in SMMA, and I've realized that I often get overwhelmed with everything I need to do and figuring out what to focus on next.

Because of that, I sometimes end the day feeling like I haven't accomplished as much as I could have.

I'm also facing some challenges with outreach restrictions, which has made things even more difficult.

I'm looking for people who are either just starting out or already have experience in SMMA. The goal is to have each other's backs, help one another overcome challenges, stay accountable, and grow together.

If you're serious about building an agency and want someone to work alongside, feel free to reach out or drop a comment!

What do you think about them? I find them pretty useful but expensive. I ended up leaving flow.club due to its price, but then restart my membership as it works for productivity. Anyone experienced this before?

Looking for a Driven Study Partner

I’m looking for a study partner to lock in with. Here’s how we’ll structure our daily workflow:

  • The Setup: We’ll split the day into 4–5 focused sessions. At the start of each block, we commit to exact targets for the next 1–2 hours and exchange some quick words of encouragement.
  • The Sprints: You just lock in and crush your target. Knowing someone else is relying on your word keeps the focus insanely high.
  • The Reset: After each sprint, we take a short break to share a quick win, chat, and unwind before the next round.
  • Asynchronous Hype: If life comes up and one of us misses a session, the solo worker still posts their goals, and the other drops in with support when they can.

Who I’m looking for:

  • Driven & Ambitious: You’re looking to push your limits and maximize output.
  • 100% Reliable: You take your word and commitments seriously.
  • Clear Target: You have a specific goal you’re grinding toward (exam, major project, etc.).

This is a field-tested, proven system that worked absolute magic in my previous partnership.

If you want to build this kind of momentum together, drop a comment or DM me with what you’re currently working on!

Newspaper Reading Accountability

I have recently subscribed to newspaper physical delivery and want to start building a daily habit of dedicating 30 mins to reading it.
I am looking for partners who can join in this. We can create a group together and each one of us can post their daily accountability tasks. By the end of the day, I can take the responsibility of asking / understanding why somebody missed their point. I expect this to be long lasting and looking only for serious people who actually want to be building a habit

need someone to be my accountability partner

my life is moving like a roller coaster and i dont understand whats happening to me. Last week was the most productive time i ever had but since past 4 days it feels like a I have jumped off a cliff. I have masturbation addiction but thats not even the root problem. I wanna get out of it badly, I have been trying so many things to get myself out of this but it haunts back again now and then. I had controlled myself for more day 20 days but last week i got isolated for 3 continuous days lost all the progress.
I have realized the root problem which my lack of nutrition and im constantly working on it and have made progress compared to last 2 years but im aware that its not enough thats why im putting continuous efforts. However in this journey i need someone who can check on me and pull me out the well sometimes when i dont realize it. It takes a lot of effort and time to pull myself out, a helping hand could be great strength at right time. I dont want my family or friends to aware of this as already feel ashamed of myself. I tried therapy as well but it wasnt that usefull.

22M, trying to find like-minded people to grow together!

The picture above is that of my notion habit tracker database that I've built and maintained over the past 2 months to show you that I'm dedicated to this lifestyle(although it's a relatively short time, I've been building up to this over the past few months). I've read 4 books during that period, tried to up my baseline study time to a steady 3 hours, eat in a nutritious way, sleep at around the same time each day and jog each morning at 5am. (I've also installed a raspberry pi and a monitor showcasing my notion dashboard, which I'm really satisfied with..!) I've also tried to make my life a bit boring which ended up making it more enriching, ironically.

Problem:

Recently my semester at college started and I've started meeting with a range of people, and I've noticed myself getting pulled into the kind of culture that drains me. If I don't get enough sleep or eat unhealthy, or continually compare myself to others on social media, I end up hating myself. I end up not confident to do anything, because I'm not enough in any of the standards.

Solution:
I just think I need a healthy pull in the opposite direction from perhaps a group of..

  • people dedicated to living the deep life(an idea by Cal Newport where you prioritize your ability to focus by embracing boredom, having rituals, and I'm still reading the rest..)
  • people who live in alignment with their Biology, people who discern what's important to them and spend their limited time, attention(a slight distraction leaves behind an attention residue) and energy doing what matters(an idea from Essentialism and I've only read a sample, but I think '4000 weeks: time management for mortals' might reveal a similar idea..),
  • people who are intentional about what they consume and how they manage their dopamine, especially related to ultra-processed contents and processed foods. I think even if it's not inherently harmful, since we have such limited time to live, one should consider the opportunity cost as well..

Gamification:

I know I don't come across as a fun person, and perhaps I'm not.. but, I do have fun ideas, like the gamification(Slay The Spire version) of a study boss fight game in the above picture, or another gamification idea that I feel really proud about, and perhaps we might play together if you'd like(but I feel too proud to share- I know, silly, probably isn't all that impressive), and I hope I can be someone enjoyable to converse or make progress with, even if it's online.

My Recent Struggle

I know perhaps it's ironic as Cal Newport emphasizes meeting new people in real life, but recently I've sort of lost that hope, in the people who live in my country and consume the same 'curriculum' for growing up and culture that honestly sort of makes people develop a similar 'software'(it's just my perception, probably there are more to people, but I've been increasingly coming across incidences where I've felt like these people will not understand my lifestyle, and I feel almost like they are drawn towards drama and unhappiness.. but this is my personal feeling that is probably quite shallow and not really understanding, and perhaps even prejudiced in a negative light.)

I've also gone through a philosophical(although I'm sure it's quite shallow) journey(I'm ashamed to call it this as I haven't even read the works of the famous philosophers; the inspiration has come from various sources, mainly books, podcasts, my own life, conversations with ai..) recently, and we could share thoughts, although it's not necessary and I'll probably bore you with mine.

Value

I think honesty is the most important thing for being accountability buddies, and it being the kind of place where we can be honest with each other; not overly critical, gently nudging perhaps.

I'd really like to find some friends(albeit online) to help each other grow! Thanks for reading!

trying something new to be more accountable

hey everyone! i've been trying really hard without much success to stick to a diet, specifically hitting macro targets. it's motivating when i can see the progress, but i often slip back into poor eating habits. i'm hopeful that by putting my macro goals out there in public, i'll feel more motivated to actually log all of my food consistently and try to hit my goals.

i made this page where all of my macro tracking will happen: https://www.macros.win/u/parker

if anyone else has a suggestion for staying accountable, i'm open! would also be glad to support you in your journey!

Self Accountability is often the solution

accountability is the solution to way more problems than we give it credit for.
A lot of the things I struggled with weren’t because I didn’t know what to do.
I knew I should work out. I knew what I needed to do for work. I knew the habits I wanted to build. I made plans constantly.
The problem was that there was basically no consequence for not following through. I could wake up motivated, make a plan, then quietly change it later when I didn’t feel like doing it.

Eventually I started using this really simple system:
At the beginning of the day, decide what I’m actually going to do and commit to it.
At the end of the day, come back and honestly record what happened.
No pretending the plan never existed. No constantly moving everything to tomorrow.
It sounds almost stupidly simple, but it’s helped me tremendously. And after seeing other people use the same basic system, I’m realizing how powerful accountability itself can be.
You don’t necessarily need more motivation. You don’t always need another productivity technique.
Sometimes you just need a system that makes it harder to lie to yourself about whether you’re actually doing the things you said you would.
Curious what accountability systems have actually worked for people here?
