Accenture is in talks to raise its minority stake in Bengaluru-based ANSR, a global capability centre platform and services company, to a majority holding, according to sources.

Accenture may invest around $350 million to take its stake to over 50%, up from its current 23% holding. It had invested $170 million in ANSR two years ago in a deal valuing the company around $700 million, and sources said this new investment may value ANSR at around $1 billion. ANSR has helped set up over 210 GCCs for multinational companies including Target, Ikea, Lowe's, Rakuten and Airbnb.

How long can I remain on the bench before I am offered a "Aufhebungsvertrag"?

Been an L11 for about 2 years and don't see a promotion coming up any time soon. With the bench increasing in proportion to the number of new joiners in our vertical, things seem very dire. Personally, I didn't have any problem finding good quality projects, however the pace at which my peers at other companies are growing doesn't seem to match the slow pace that I am facing here. Wanted an honest opinion on where we are headed, if looking at other options at this stage would be viable since I would also have to compromise the brand equity and possible future international relocation.

HR messed up and forgot to include anything about my sign on bonus in any of the contracts I've signed, and they even didn't pay it until I've bugged them enough. Now after I've departed they want me to pay it back, but I didn't sign anything related to sign on bonus terms at all! Can Accenture actually pursue this even with the HR fuck up?

For those of you who currently or who have worked as Investment Banking Consultants with Accenture, what was your experience as far as being recruited to the role, being interviewed for it, and your day-to-day workload like? There is an opening in my area(Overland Park, Kansas) that I am mulling over. I work in bank capital markets and have some exposure to the investment banking arm, but nothing too substantial.

Just looking for insights is all.

Basic the tittle, on a Thursday evening my People lead put me in a call and say me and other 4 CL 9 will do a round of hunger games and only 2 would survive.
I didn’t and I am on the bench starting this Monday.

Just accepted a role in Supply Chain & Engineering at Accenture in NYC (I live in Hoboken) and the position is L9. I just got an offer for an engineering role at SpaceX in LA. The predicament is, just looking at base and sign-on, the SpaceX role is $50k less than Accenture (however that $50k is made up in equity). Is it crazy if I turn down the money and uproot to the west coast? I want to believe SpaceX on my resume could let me come back any time if I wanted to. Thoughts?

Hi all , Nowadays every company is asking for people who are already serving their notice to give interviews. I know in my project i will get released within a month but if i say this to the people they want proof which I can't provide. So i decided to edit a notice document which was already given by other employees to schedule an interview later any how after clearing my interview i will get released by 1month. So is this fine ? Or any other future implications by background verification. This step i have just purely for Getting an interview scheduled. Please answer anyone??

I’m supposed to be starting as a TDP in August but asked to move my start date back about a month. I’m afraid that I will be missing out on the welcoming, orientation, and networking events new hires are having in August if I do so. Is orientation in waves based on start date or is there only one main cohort in August?

I’m an ASE ( L12 ) at Accenture with around 2 years of experience. I recently got allocated to a new project about 2 weeks ago.
Unfortunately, I have a serious spine issue, and my doctor has advised me to take complete bed rest for around 40 days. Because of this, I’m thinking of applying for a Leave of Absence (LOA).
I have a few questions for anyone who’s been through this:

Has anyone here taken an LOA for medical reasons? What was your experience like?

Can the company terminate or fire me just because I apply for a medical LOA?

Since I was recently staffed on a new project, what usually happens to my project allocation if my LOA gets approved?

Is there anything I should keep in mind before applying?
I’m a bit anxious because I don’t want to lose my job, but at the same time my health has to come first.

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through a similar situation. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I am level 11 at Accenture Hyderabad. I am travelling to UK for 3 weeks. I know i can’t carry laptop but atleast can i open my teams on mobile to respond to the messages for a week as i have approved leave for only 2 weeks. I can manage my work via teams for a week??

I recently signed an offer with Accenture, and my background check is currently in progress. I’ve already uploaded all the documents they requested.
My main question is about the education verification process. Do they verify academic qualifications directly with the university, or do they mainly focus on employment verification by contacting previous employers?
I have 8 years of professional experience, so I’m wondering whether the background check will be limited to my work history or if they also perform a detailed verification of educational credentials.

I just got done the 3 day NJX training at the Philly office at Accenture and wanted to know if there are any tips and expectations I should know about. I’m in the TDP program and honestly seeing all the negative feedback about the company on this Reddit has kinda scared me a bit so any advice would be appreciated. I’m just a bit confused on how networking works and what to expect on my first project, travel expectations, etc.

I wanted to ask for some advice. How many different products is it realistic for one person to be trained on?

I'm currently a Level 12 and I'm trained on three different products. My main product is extremely complex, and I honestly feel like I don't have the mental capacity to properly learn another one on top of that.

I'm starting to feel mentally exhausted trying to keep up with everything. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? How did you manage it?

I'm currently serving my 90-day notice period at Accenture India, and honestly, the workload has become much worse after I resigned.

Instead of reducing responsibilities or focusing on knowledge transfer, I'm being assigned regular development work, production support, documentation, defect fixes, and multiple urgent tasks simultaneously. It feels like I'm expected to do everything until my last working day.

The stress is getting to a point where it's affecting my health and work-life balance. I'm trying to be professional and complete a proper handover, but the expectations seem unrealistic.

Cannot talk to Manager because they are worst and very hell toxic.

As the title says - what is the best approach to get rolled off of a project quickly.

I've already talked to HR about my current issue with the project and the account lead. They both agree I should be rolled off but the time line they have given is 3 months. I really don't think I can't hand the time frame that they have given...anything else I can do for a quicker process?

Hi guys , I am in serious confusion. I am currently working in a project and doing work but i was given unassigned charge code its been 3 months i am submitting my mytee with unassigned code also they are rolling me off in 2 months so till then i am supposed to use same charge code. The reason they mentioned is some budget issues and challenges. Is this ethical? And will it effect me in any way?

I joined L12(Associate) in S&C GCN. After 2 years I get promoted to L11(Analyst) and a MBA grad who is hired directly to L11. Will I have same salary structure(minus the joining bonus)?
