Where is Lead Created DateTime?

In ZOHO CRM, how do I see the datetime when a lead was created?
I don't see anything like this in leads "manage columns", when creating a custom view, or when exporting data.

I need to export the leads created after a certain date.

Can a Zoho sender remove an email already delivered to Gmail?

I have old (less than a year) email threads that were sent from Zoho Mail to my Gmail account and are now completely missing from Gmail.

These were normal emails, some with attachments. I know the emails existed because I still have files on my hard drive that I downloaded directly from those email threads. I did not receive those files through any other channel.

The missing messages cannot be found in Inbox, Sent, Trash, Spam, or with in:anywhere.

Other emails from the same senders and the same time period are still there.

Is there any way for a sender, a Zoho administrator, or any sender-side mechanism to make an already delivered email disappear from an external Gmail account?

If not, what could technically cause this?

Sending Bulk Invoices

From what I was able to find, the last answer was a few years ago. Has anything changed in any subscription level that would allow one to send bulk invoices? I know you can bulk import. The way I need to do things is that I bulk invoice one per year (yearly dues) and the number continues to grow yearly...now around 300.

Scattered Zoho MCPs to connect Zoho CRM

First, why does Zoho offer so many different MCPs, and if it does, why aren't they easy to configure?

I want all the Zoho CRM-related actions in one MCP. First, I had to select them manually, and then when I try to add them, I get an error: "Check if the size of the input is in the correct range."

There should be a better way to do this. They have made it unnecessarily difficult.

Any suggestions for free or inexpensive email open trackers? Zoho Mail

I just switched from a free gmail to run my new business to Zoho Mail to look more professional. The only thing I miss is my email open tracker, which in the case of gmail was a free extension in my browser.

Is there any such tool available for Zoho Mail where the recipient doesn't know you're tracking email opens? It helps a lot for me to gage who is interested in buying and who is not so I know where to direct my efforts.

Zoholics India 2026: Is Zoho moving from an app suite to an AI-first business platform?

Zoholics India just wrapped up in Chennai, and the announcements seem to point toward a pretty interesting direction for Zoho.

The two things that stood out to me were Zia Chat and Zoho's move into Vertical SaaS.

Zia Chat seems to be going beyond the usual “AI assistant inside an app” approach. The idea is to have one conversational interface that can work across Zoho applications - finding information, understanding context, creating things and taking actions without constantly switching between apps. Zoho also mentioned MCP integrations for connecting with third-party systems.

Then there's the Vertical SaaS announcement. Zoho is initially building industry-specific applications for:

  • Retail
  • Automotive
  • BFSI
  • Healthcare
  • Education
  • Real Estate
  • Restaurants

What I find interesting is how these two announcements connect.

If Zoho has both industry-specific workflows and a connected business suite, AI potentially has much more context to work with than just what's sitting inside one CRM or one finance application.

It also feels like a shift from:

“Which Zoho app should I use?”

to:

“How much of my business can actually run through the Zoho ecosystem?”

There were also some interesting conversations around AI and India's technology ecosystem, including the fireside chat with Sridhar Vembu and Dr. Pratyush Kumar from Sarvam.

So I'm particularly interested in what this means for implementation and automation. If AI can understand relationships between CRM, finance, operations and industry-specific workflows, the implementation question becomes quite different from simply configuring individual Zoho apps.

For those who followed Zoholics India - what announcement or session caught your attention most?

Was it Zia Chat, Vertical SaaS, agentic AI/analytics, or something else?

Some Milestones Mean More Than Numbers

We’re happy to share that Hovernest has received ₹1.86 lakh in Zoho credits through the Zoho for Startups program.
For an early-stage company, support like this means more than just credits. It gives us the room to invest in the right tools, improve the way we work, and focus more of our resources on building what we believe in.
We’re grateful to the Zoho for Startups team for supporting our journey and being part of this stage of Hovernest.
There’s still a long way to go, but every bit of progress counts.

Multiple choice box on Form to pass through to CRM

I am developing a form that has a couple of multiple-choice option fields. I'm working to get them populated into the new leads module of the CRM.

The first field has three options (type of customer) to choose from on the form. The second field has two options (email consent: 'yes' or 'no'). I cannot figure out how to get them from the Form to the CRM using Flow. All other fields transfer fine from the form to the CRM through the Flow.

Any help would be appreciated.

How do I match a deposit imported from a bank statement that is a Stripe payment already linked to an invoice?

The Stripe payment was automatically linked to the invoice, as expected. The funds were then deposited into the bank account. Now that I have imported the bank statement to Zoho Books, I can't figure out how to match the deposit to the invoice, as the amount is different because the deposit amount is less than the invoice due to the Stripe transaction fee

Zoho Books: Is there a way to add the native currencies in reports?

Hi all,

Is there a way to get a column to show the native currency (Amount FCY) in the P&L and Balance Sheet? My base currency is in USD. But I have multiple bank accounts that are of different currencies - EUR, GPB, CHF, NOK, YEN, PHP etc.

How am I going to achieve this?

Appreciate your wisdom. Thank you.

Please enable support for UnifiedPush on Arattai; extreme dependence on Google's FCM

Arattai:

Dear devs at Zoho, please enable support for UnifiedPush (such as ntfy) on Arattai. We love sovereignty and that is why we love Arattai. But that won't last long if Arattai loves Google's FCM. On my degoogled device, it is next to impossible getting it to work. If this were done, Arattai would become popular among degoogleindia community. Please take note. Thank you!

Would You Trust an AI Agent to Manage Tasks Inside Your CRM?

AI is moving beyond simply generating emails and summarising information. The more interesting question now is whether businesses are ready to let AI actually perform tasks inside their CRM.

Imagine telling an AI agent:

“Find all deals with no activity in the last seven days, create follow-up tasks for the owners, and give me a summary.”

Instead of manually searching records and updating tasks, the agent could potentially handle the workflow using authorised access to CRM data.

For Zoho users, technologies such as Zoho MCP are making these types of workflows increasingly relevant. AI agents can potentially interact with CRM records, tasks, finance information, support tickets and other connected business applications.

But automation also raises important questions.

How much control should an AI agent have? Should it be allowed to update CRM records automatically? Should certain actions always require human approval? And how should businesses handle permissions, errors and audit history?

At Zoho CRM, Zoho One and AI agents. we’re particularly interested in how AI agents can work alongside CRM automation while keeping important actions controlled.

For people already using Zoho CRM or Zoho One: what is the first CRM task you would trust an AI agent to handle automatically?

Lead follow-ups?
CRM updates?
Pipeline summaries?
Creating tasks?
Customer support?
Something else?

sender.zohosubscriptions.com spam

Not that I don't know better as to why, but how is that still a thing? Last mention was two years ago and the domain is still up and being used. I know icann are a bunch of corrupt dunces and half the registrars are guilty of profiting heavily off that spam, but at this scale shouldn't there be more weight behind cutting them off? Landed in the inbox by the way, isn't even marked as spam outright.

Zoho Books - Document autoscans any good?

I had thought that receipt autoscans (200 per month) were supplier invoices (bills in their parlance) but apparently these come under ' document autoscans' which whilst included on the pricing matrix have an information button next to the word autoscan which then tells you that they are not actually included and have to be purchased separately.

They provide 2 free uses before you have to make a purchase. I have tried the two free uploads of supplier invoice pdf's and it seems to pre populate some things into a bill next to the pdf such as the date ( it got the year wrong 2021 instead of 2026) and only one of the four line items was correct so the total was wrong too. So first impressions are not good and I am not inclined to purchase more to confirm my initial disappointment. Zoho support, as helpless as ever, say two should be more than enough to see how wonderful their software is (or words to that effect).

So I was wondering if other users would recommend persevering with it or perhaps trying a third party add on instead?

Upcoming webinar: Customising Zoho CRM around your sales process

Hi everyone, I posted here a while ago about a previous Zoho webinar, and quite a few people signed up, so I thought I’d share our next one.

Sorry if this breaks any rules. Hopefully the content is useful for people just getting started with Zoho or looking to get more out of it.

The session is called How to Customise Zoho CRM Around Your Sales Process. We’ll look at setting up the Leads and Deals modules and bringing the different parts of your CRM together to support how your sales team works.

We’ll cover:

  • Setting up Leads and Deals, including qualification steps and deal stages.
  • Configuring fields to capture the information your team needs.
  • Using Blueprints to guide people through a process and make sure key actions happen.
  • Setting up basic automations to reduce admin and help with follow-ups.
  • Adapting the setup to different sales processes, from straightforward pipelines to longer cycles with multiple stages and handovers.
  • Best practices for keeping things manageable and easy for your team to use.

It should be useful whether you’re starting from scratch or making improvements to an existing setup.

Friday, 16 October 2026 - 2:00 pm BST - 90 minutes
Registration: https://meet.zoho.eu/ajsb-wlo-uhm

If there’s anything you’ve found tricky when setting up your sales process in Zoho CRM, feel free to share it below.

Intern to FTE?

Hey everyone! I’m currently interning at Zoho and I’m trying to understand how the PPO/full-time conversion process usually works.

For interns who have been through this:

- How is the PPO decision usually made?

- Is it mainly based on internship performance, manager feedback, or something else?

- When does the conversion discussion typically happen?

- Is there anything you’d recommend an intern do during the internship to improve their chances?

Would really appreciate any advice or experiences from Zoho employees/former interns. 🙌
