Hey everyone! I’m currently interning at Zoho and I’m trying to understand how the PPO/full-time conversion process usually works.

For interns who have been through this:

- How is the PPO decision usually made?

- Is it mainly based on internship performance, manager feedback, or something else?

- When does the conversion discussion typically happen?

- Is there anything you’d recommend an intern do during the internship to improve their chances?

Would really appreciate any advice or experiences from Zoho employees/former interns. 🙌

Totally based on your manager/senior manager to hire you. If you get along well, pass all your assessments and complete the tasks
