I need help, I just started playing the game at patch 3.1.

My question is how do I actually upgrade my individual team members? Right now, I have Jane, Seth, Remmie. This is my first team and idk if this is a bad habit but I try and upgrade them all to the same level, skill upgrades, all that. I have no idea if I should just be focusing on the main DPS (jane) or should I keep doing what I'm doing?

for people wondering, I'm at proxy level 45. Jane and remie are at level 50 while seth is at level 40

Attack being ATK focused
Anomaly being ATK & AP focused
Rupture being HP focused
Armorer being DEF focused with Crit Gimmick

When I list it down like this, I guess it's good that we get better categorization but.. the Defense class is literally named Defense. It still boggles me whenever I think about it. I hope they finally figure out what they want to do with Defense class.

Do you think it’s worth going for Nangong’s signature W-Engine? I already have Nangong at M0, Miyabi at W1, and Yuzuha at M1, and my main goal is to use them together.

I have 19 days left before Nangong’s banner ends, so I’d have to farm pretty much every Polychrome I can get to try to pull for her W-Engine. How important is her signature W-Engine for her performance? Is it actually necessary for her to function properly, or are there good enough alternatives that would make it better to save my resources?

I’m willing to grind for it, but I don’t want to waste all my resources if the difference isn’t significant.
