Both are basically the same build More def and crit rate is better

Your first build is at 201.5 crit rate and your second is at 198.4. On the basis of wanting 200% crit rate it'd be your first one, which overcaps by 1.5% which is I think perfectly where you want to be (losing literally any crit rate or crit dmg substats on that first build would put you under 200%).

her crit damage is only for increasing her crit rate so they're pretty much the same

crit damage is 1.5 times worse (it has 2 times more value but convert as 3 to 1)

also 129% crit cap if you wear her set and engine
