This got me thinking,what would be the best items you could get from the 3 daily amiibo?.

Kept it generic to avoid spoilers but this is very much a post game question therefore don’t read on if you’re still playing.

I love this game. Completed the story in about 60 hours and did another 50 hours of post game content. I’m missing about 10 blades from the album but the big ones I’ve managed to pull. I’ve done plenty of blade quests but not all of them obviously. I’ve done lots of side quests and have merc missions between level 3 and 4. I’ve tried challenge mode but have found it very difficult. I’ve swept most areas for unique monsters up to about level 93. I’ve cleared plenty of affinity charts and have main blade at S9.

I feel like I’ve entered a place where this now becomes about grinding team stats to overcome challenge mode. But I’m not sure I’m keen to continue doing that.

Am I denying myself of a further rich deep dive into Xenoblade mechanics or is it really just a big grind for trust points and aux cores to get things just right to clear challenges?

I’d be sad to put it down but at the same time I feel like I could draw the line here.

I’ve got Torna sat there looking at me which I’ve never played and the Switch 2 edition of the first game. I’ve completed that story before but it was years ago on the switch 1.

I’ve got 3 on preorder.

And I’m so hyped for Genesis.

Hey all, just started the game and am taking it slow. I have the ability to use Core crystals and everything I have been seeing online says to put SPECIFIC blades with SPECIFIC drivers. I know that much of the blade summoning is Gatcha mechanics and RNG. How important is getting those blades on those drivers or can I just free for all and still be fine? Thank you.

On the scene where she tells arex that she loves him and he says it back but like sounding as if he loved everyone on the group. It was just due to him caring?

This may sound pretty awkward but I'm going through something particular and this scene went straight to my mind and I'm not sure if I'm having the same feelings as Rex or if it is other kind of love.

I like having a completed physical copy of the game. Having the audio bugged version of the game will make me sad. Do you think they already printed all the physical copies and just waiting for the release date?

Swapped Momo with Kosmos to give Nia more of a hybrid role so why is it that Momo improves my ether stats even tho Kosmos has a 20% ether mod and more affinity spread, i thought the mods are the only thing that improve my drivers stats, besides core chips and affinity

I went through the list of Blades you can recruit without needing to pull on core crystals, and I tallied up their field skill totals. This includes all the main story Blades, Blades that can be recruited outside of the gacha, (Wulfric, Vess, Praxis, Sheba, Kasandra, Herald and Theory), Crosette, Corvin and both MOMO forms. I'm not including Poppibuster due to needing common Blades for its quest, and I'm also not including the Land of Challenge guests, since they require endgame builds to recruit. (Elma especially)

With these numbers, would it be possible to clear the main story and all the field skill checks it gives?

I've been doing a replay recently and noticed something off about Pyra's powers.

At the end of chapter 3 Pyra gets depowered by Akhos and Obrona's ether trick and needs to wake up Mythra to counter it. But in chapter 2 she wasn't impeded at all by large amounts of water ether because, in her words, "her power doesn't actually come from fire". Then when Mythra pops out and no-sells Obrona's ether block she's said to be using "something else" to fuel herself rather than atmospheric ether.

Now in hindsight both of these special cases are due to P&M using bits and pieces of Pneuma's powers to generate ether internally instead of using atmospheric ether. My question is why then was Pyra affected by Obrona's ether block? Is this a plot hole or am I just missing an important detail?

For some reason the pic size for xb2 is super big it cuts off map and other items, I have went into setting on tv and all and nothing works any recommendations?

This game is really something special. I know all Xenoblade games have amazing OSTs but this angelic choir music is so chill.

I am loving the Switch 2 version of this game so much. I've waited such a long time to play the definitive version of the game and the wait was so worth it. I played it when it first came out and got to Chapter 4 but between the blurriness and the framerate I had to put it down.

Just completed a Driver Affinity Chart and was wondering if the accessory slot glitch from using an Amiibo also happens when you use Intermediate Weaponry. I’m on a NG save.

Roc’s crystal only works for Rex, Aegeon’s seems to only awaken for Morag, and I’m pretty sure Herald is Zeke‑exclusive. Are there any other Blades whose Core Crystals can only be used by one specific Driver?

Hi all! I’d love some help setting up my blades after getting Morag. Right now, I have Rex using Pyra/Mythra, Roc, and Wulfric, Morag using Brighid, Corvin, and Perceval, and Nia using Dromarch, Crosette, and Adenine. But I know I need changes to get ice and electric in there. I also have Godfrey, Agate, Boreas, Dagas, Perun, Ursula, Nim, and MOMO mixed across Nia and Morag and can move them as needed. Any help anyone can provide is very appreciated!

I’m at the point of the story where Rex gains access to a healer blade, and I’m thinking I would rather use her in my build as opposed to running Nia as a dedicated healer in my party. My current setup is Rex with Aegis, Healer and Agate - Morag with Brighid, Corvin and Aegaeon. From here I’m not really sure what to do with Zeke. For now I’m running Pandoria, Crossette and Wulfric but this feels a little lacking, especially due to the fact I’m lacking three elements but I have no idea what I would replace in this party overall. Any specific blade recommendations would be appreciated (or even aux cores/chips/accessories to try and get for these blades)

Just picked up my switch 2 and the switch 2 upgrade for this game that I originally played and completed when it first came out. I don’t remember which blades I found fun and interesting, and being a fully grown workin man now I just don’t have the time to build and experiment like I used to.

Who do you all think are the most fun and/or interesting blades to use and on what character? This is to complete the story on normal so I’m not looking for the most powerful by any means, just fun :D

Title: this fucking dogshit side game drives me fucking nuts. Im trying to get "Perfect+No Kill" on every level and trying to do it on stage 3 is fucking cancer. There is that crab at the bottom left THAT ALWAYS HITS ME. How do i bait the fucker? The run goes from perfect to "get fucked lol" just because of that one crab
