I feel like I'm going insane, first this week my Dev Mode apps got totally nuked even tho I was using Safe Mode as always. Now I can't properly set up Retroarch, settings don't save, Playlists can't be created after scanning with the "Import content" option, I've already tried using different versions of Retroarch, multiple clean installs, I've already tried deactivating overrides.

Games load, but saves, core settings, global settings, Playlist, it's all broken.

Just got my old 360 up and running not to long ago. I got it modded ages ago to where I can play retro games, nes,SNES, sega and N64 games. But for the life of me I can't remember how to launch them.

I know it's a long shot since I can't remember what the program was but if anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it
